The accommodation could not have been better - in a great location and providing a great base for getting around as well as plenty of restaurants bars and shops on the doorstep.
The accommodation was very well equipped with lots of useful things to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Very clean and beautifully maintained and that goes for the whole of the complex gardens and pool.
As a group of 4 couples the 2 apartments provided ample space and amenities.
Absolutely first rate and we will be booking again.

Pleasant stay at southern Spain
Our family of adult children, parents and grandparents spent the Christmas at this nice place. The house was perfect for us. Location is very peaceful and we could easily drive to Estepona and Marbella. The house was very clean and all the beds were exceptionally comfort. The owner, Laura, served us always very quickly and she even arranged us Christmas decoration! If I would have to say something negative, that would be the sofas which had very poor springs. I recommend this property to group of friends, big families and relatives.

Brilliant Family Friendly Accommodation
We stayed here with friends and the internal staircase that joins the two apartments is a great idea! It meant we could holiday with friends and the children could go between apartments whilst allowing for each family to have their own space and quiet time when necessary. The location is ideal, walking distance to the pool, beach, restaurants and bars. We come back to the same area of Spain every year and have stayed at many apartments in the area, however this is by far the best we have stayed in. We also loved the fact it had a garden which meant we had lots of space and a private outside area. We used the BBQ most evenings. We would highly recommend.

Ideally located for a winter golfing break.
4 of us stayed at the house in Benamara in early February,primarily to play golf. There are numerous courses in the area all accessible off the A7.
The house is split into 2 apartments connected by an internal spiral staircase but can be separated if required
The accommodation was perfect each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. The apartments were kitted out to a high standard with the WiFi working perfectly. The garden was quiet and sunny in the afternoon when we got back for a beer. The top apartment had a great balcony nice and spacious.
We found the restaurants locally limited as many were closed as it was the off season so we went into San Pedro which was a 10euro taxi ride and had several local spanning restaurants which were excellent
Despite having a couple of rainy days we had a great time and Laura was excellent in administrating and responding to our stay.

Wonderful property for families or groups
I have stayed at this property now a number of times and just keep coming back. The corner plot means that the downstairs apartment has a lovely size sunny garden and the upstairs apartment a wonderful terrace area, perfect for an evening g&t!
I have stayed just in the downstairs apartment with friends and have also used the entire townhouse, which was perfect for a family holiday - the inter connecting stairwell was a great idea. If you are a family looking to stay in the area and want to bring your babysitters (parents 😉) then this is the perfect place for you.
Both of the apartments are well equipped and modern in decor with comfy sofas and beds.
Entertainment wise, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and plenty of play parks for kids, plus just a short car ride away will take you to Puerto banus or to estepona.
I will keep coming back to this property, it's perfect for a weekend away with the girls or for a two week holiday with the whole family, I can't recommend it more.

My family have owned the ground floor apartment since 1984 and we have enjoyed many happy holidays here. In 2015 we purchased the upstairs apartment and modernised them both, adding an internal staircase and interlocking door so they can be used by 2 families or a large group, or as 2 separate apartments. We still use the apartments regularly ourselves and love the area - especially the beaches and promenades at San Pedro and Estepona, the local restaurants (Benahavis village is a favourite for a great choice of restaurants) and the pool and gardens at Benamara are ideal for families.
Why they chose this property
This property is a fantastic choice for 2 families or a group of friends. It is frequently rented by multi-generational families (the first floor is ideal for grandparents and the ground floor for the grandchildren and their parents.) It is also an ideal choice for friends attending weddings in the local area.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique in that it is two apartments joined by an interlocking door and internal staircase, so gives privacy when required. It is ideal for a large group, or two families who still want some privacy whilst on holiday.
