Gorgeous view

Overall, very satisfied. The only downside would be the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. We’re very tight quarters the main floor bedroom with bathroom was great. We had to buy some essentials like toilet paper but outside of that we were happy with our experience.

Appartamento ampio e accogliente con affaccio sul mare e vicinissimo al "cuore" di Porto Santo Stefano. Qualche difficoltà per i parcheggi. Signora Antonella super disponibile ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Da raccomandare !!!

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Aber vor allem die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Manches Wichtige funktioniert nicht (z.B. Warmwasser in der Küche), die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch sehr positiv formuliert. Die Wohnung war mal sehr schön, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Appartamento estremamente confortevole per 6 persone. Piacevole situazione delle camere e del living. Posizione molto bella e molto comoda.

Informazione ambigua.

Esageramente elevate le spese per pulizie ed elettricità, anche in considerazione del fatto che la casa è stata affittata per due sole notti e due persone. La casa è grande e in ottima posizione, ma con alcuni difetti: materasso troppo usato, luci poco luminose, non c'è acqua calda in cucina. Il prezzo richiesto per l'affitto è equo ma l'info sugli extra è ambigua, va scovata con grande attenzione aprendo ogni "tendina" e solo a prenotazione avvenuta viene esplicitamente comunicato l'addebito per pulizia e consumi, che vanno ad incidere pesantemente sul conto finale. Sono modalità che possono rendere sgradevole anche una buona sistemazione.

Come gia spiegato purtroppo le pulizie vanno fatte ad ogni uscita degli ospiti, sia che siano stati 2 giorni che una settimana, la casa va sempre pulita interamente per gli ospiti successivi. Abbiamo anche OFFERTO per andare incontro al cliente. TUTTE LE INFORMAZIONI SONO CHIARAMENTE INDICATE NELL'ANNUNCIO.

Beautiful view, but...

The apartment itself was Ok, clean, spacey and with a lovely view. Unfortunately some mattresses, blankets, kitchenware, balcony and the furniture equipment was really old and some even broken, and they should be renewed. Also, there was a mosquito (or some other bug) problem, as our skin was full of red dots after our stay... The owner was helpful, but wireless systems did not work at all even though he tried to solve the problem.

Great location. Although clean it lacked some basic equipment

The property has a great location and it is well priced. The beds were comfortable and good quality linen provided. There could be some improvement in the kitchen equipment. One small saucepan and one small frying pan was not enough for six guests. The toaster didn’t work and no coffee making facilities were provided. There was an ironing board but no iron. Just a little more attention to these small things and we would rate a five.

In Italien solte man alls Urlauber etwas locker drauf sein, dann kann man sich super erholen. Die Unterkunft hat schon ihre Vergangenheit, aber sobald etwas nicht funktionierte, kümmerte sich Antonella, unsere rührende Betreuerin, um alles. Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick, da störte auch die darunter gelegene Straße nicht. Das Meer und die Strände waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Tage am Meer genossen
