Loved the location and all the rooms. Having en suites with the number of adults we had was nice. We walked to the beach and the boardwalk. Would stay here again.

The property was lovely and easily fit our 12 person group. Location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to town and restaurants. Do recommend.

Plenty of sheets and towels, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs & toys. only 3 blocks from the beach. 4 of the bedrooms have on-suite baths.

Wonderful Family Vacation Stay

This property was one of the best we have stayed at and was comparable to a hotel. Cleanliness, location, space, and everything you could possibly need. Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. Definitely would stay again. A home away from home. We are so grateful for the time and appreciate the communication the host also provided.

Great set up for large families

4 of the 7 bedrooms had king beds with master baths. Great for adult couples. Beach is 2 blocks, shopping area is a half mile ez walk. Bike rental one block awayrental shop one block from house.

Our stay here was fantastic. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. The space is large and accurately described in the listing. Lots of storage (pantry, double fridges, large closets) and having two dishwashers with a large group was key. The real gem here is the amount of beach stuff the owner offers. Tons of beach chairs (kids too!), umbrellas, wagons, and even multiple bikes and helmets. It was so helpful to have all of these on-site and available. Really appreciated the great communication from Steve, too and it was lovely to meet him and hear a bit of the history of the house. Could not recommend this space more and we hope to be back one day!

Wonderful place to stay for our large group. Lots of communal space as well as spots for the kiddos to go for some quiet time. House is in a great location, with close proximity to the beach and the town of Bethany. Additionally, this house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. (Except beach towels). All the extras made it so easy ti go on vacation!

Great spot for a family beach getaway

This beach house was great - perfect for our needs as a group of several families with young children. The house was spacious and well-stocked with beach gear. Easy access via a keypad (rather than dealing with the hassle of keys) and walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, bathrooms, etc. Everything felt very easy, which let us enjoy our stay even more!

Oldies but goodies getting together!

Well equipped & spacious home.. indoors and out. Beach chairs, grills, linens & kitchen needs ..AND 2 sets of each of washers, dryers & dishwashers! 2 short blocks to the beach & ample parking on the property..an important feature in season.

Bethany family vacation

Nice house with lots of space within walking distance to the beach. Needs some more frequent deep cleaning of carpets, furniture, appliances, etc.

It’s a lot of work to prepare a 7 bedroom 5 bath house in a few hours each Saturday between guests and I’ve always felt the folks that do the general cleaning as well as the company that cleans the carpets and furniture do an outstanding job and we have neve received comments like that brfore

Great location and layout for a family!

The beach house was well located near Bethany but far enough away the beaches were not nearly as busy. The bedrooms had nice quality mattresses and were very comfortable for our party which was my family and my sisters family and our mother. We enjoyed eating dinner on the outdoor table in the screened in porch and took advantage of the grille as well. Steve was very helpful when we had any questions.
