Situated in Matta e Peru, Budoni ' hamlet is a lovely and confortable house fully renovated close to the beach (100 metres) and the pinewood (50 metres)

The home fully renovated in the 2023 has 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,kitchen,living room,terrace,a big,water purification plant,air conditioning at ground zero and at 1 floor.
barbeque with 2nd kitchen and patio with a big table for 20 persons for eating outdoor renovated in 2024

The house has also a big garden and a private parking.

We were guests in Iliana and Marco's beautiful house for 10 days. There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning - the two of them were very understanding and immediately offered a solution that we really liked. We lived in the house with two families and a total of five children and were very pleased with the good layout of the rooms. Since Iliana and Marco probably know everyone and everything on the island, we were able to benefit from many great recommendations and so we ate very well, had great swims and enjoyed exciting hikes in the beautiful area around. Thank you!

Ruhig gelegenes Haus. Wir waren in der Nebensaison Anfang Oktober da und dementsprechend war es rundherum sehr ruhig, fast schon leer. Das bedeutet aber auch das vor allem viele Strandbars und Restaurants am Strand geschlossen waren.Der Strand direkt in laufnähe (es könnten auch 200m sein), war teilweise 1m hoch mit Seegras bedeckt. Weiter daneben an dem hotel war der strand fast ganz frei davon. Man kann abends auf der vorderen Terrasse bequem entspannen und die Brandung hören Der Garten ist schön angelegt und man kann verweilen, aber auch sicher 2 Autos parken. Die Kinder haben auch gern draußen gespielt, 3 Schildkröten sind toll. Man kann schön hinter dem haus grillen und essen, auch bei regen. Allerdings könnte das Grillrost bei 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern größer sein. Wir haben gut geschlafen, wobei man aber schon die Federung der Matratzen spürt. Wir haben in dem einzigen Erdgeschoß Schlafzimmer geschlafen, das ist schon sehr hellhörig, wenn man länger schlafen als die Frühaufsteher. Die Küchen innen und außen sind gut ausgestattet, allerdings sieht man schon das alter der Geräte wie Ofen, abzugshaube und Kühlschrank an. Die beiden Bäder sind schön und modern. Es könnten vielleicht noch ein paar Haken oder Regale angebracht werden. Im Bad im Erdgeschoss fehlt eine Spritzschutzwand, sodass die Toilette und die badematte beim duschen nass wird. Im Ess-/Wohnzimmer gibt es leider keine Couch oder Sessel. Aber alles in allem hatten wir schöne 10 Tage mit 2 Familien.

Unser Urlaub war großartig in Matta e Peru. Das Haus hat alles was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders haben meiner jüngsten Tochter die Schildkröten gefallen. Sie haben Namen erhalten. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider hatte die Bar und auch das Restaurant gefehlt. Wir hätten gerne zu Fuß ein Restaurant besucht. Häuschen in Meernähe

Das Haus samt Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Der überdachte Essplatz hinter dem Haus war leider nicht gepflegt (schmutziger Tisch und Bänke und es lag überall Laub und Blütenreste herum). Leider steht eine Klimaanlage nur im unteren Stockwerk zur Verfügung (Batterie der Fernbedienung war leer), in den oberen Schlafzimmern ist es dann doch sehr warm (trotz geschlossenen Fensterläden). Die Adresse auf der Webseite ist leider nicht die tatsächliche Adresse, das Haus befindet sich nicht wie in der Beschreibung steht im Zentrumm von Budoni, sondern in dem ausserhalb liegenden Ortsteil Matta e Peru. Ein Auto ist deshlb unabdingbar, fussläufig kann man nur zur Bushaltestelle oder an den Strand (ca. 5-10min).

Marco und Iliana sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Haus ist gepflegt und die Bäder neu saniert, mit schönem Garten und Schattenplätzchen in ruhiger Lage am Südrand von Matte e Peru. Zwei schöne Strände in Laufweite (250 und 900m).

CASA CONSIGLIATISSIMA BELLISSIMO POSTO

Abbiamo trovato per caso l'annuncio di questa villa, quando ormai le speranze di trovare una sistemazione per la nostra comitiva di amici erano ben poche E invece un posto perfetto:casa pulitissima, e dotata di tutto, accoglienza oltre ogni aspettativa. Stanze comode e confortevoli e ogni genere di confort, hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno! Immersi nel verde del giardino, fare una passeggiata nella pineta o nella lunghissima spiaggia prospiciente alla casa è stato il best! Posizione ideale per andare dove e come si vuole in zona, ( a piedi , in auto , in bici ...) immersa nel silenzio è veramente accogliente e funzionale. Consigliatissima!

Di posetivo ce da dire: 1. la terrazza, 2. il barbeque (,anche se non potevo usare il forno per mancanza di legna), 3.la doccia esterna, 4.la seconda cucina. 5.la gentilezza dei vicini,che ci davano anche dei ficchi Di negativo ce da dire: 1.abbiamo aspettato 2 ore per ricevere le chiave, 2.casa trascurata,foglie secce nel ingresso,nel cortille etc. 3.in ogni angolo sia fuori o dentro specialmente in casa cerano delle ragnatelle. 4.Bango 1.piano tubo di scarico doccia intasato,dopo la seconda doccia pavimento allagato,pericolo di scivolare,e spezzarsi le gambe,anche se il povero Matteo dopo che lo chiamato e venuto con un idraulico non ha portato nessun resultato.Inoltre anche la puzza di canale,in tutti due bagni. 5.Divano pianterreno rotto Attenzione !!!!! Pericolo di spezarsi il collo. 6. Cucina poco attrezzata per 10 persone,come insalatiera etc. 7. Corto circuito ,fusibile salta fuori ,mancha spesso la corrente ,impianto corrente non attuale. E questo non e tutto.In generale si puo dire,poco servizio per 3.150 Euro.

Traum-Urlaub in wunderschöner Villa

Die Villa war perfekt für unsere 4-köpfige Familie - eine wunderschöne Terrasse, herrlicher Garten (incl.Schildkröte) und der Blick vom oberen Balkon war wirklich traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Küche könnte ein wenig Aufrüstung vertragen, z.B. Spülmaschine. Die Vermieter waren total nett und sehr engagiert. Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt, kleine Geschenke gemacht und zur WM sogar ein neuer Fernseher gebracht :-) Der angekündigte Strand (100m) war nicht besonders toll, dafür führte der 15-minütige Fußweg durch einen wundervollen Pinienwald zu einem echten Traumstrand. Die Umgebung glänzte durch viele weitere Traumstrände und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder - greetings to Iliana & Marco

"Devo dire che è andato t...

"Devo dire che è andato tutto ottimamente,ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con i padroni di casa che ci hanno accolto gentilmente facendoci trovare delle bibite e il vino di benvenuto sia per quanto riguarda la casa che corrispondeva alle foto e alla descrizione che ci era stata fatta. Le camere erano tutte luminose e con grandi finestre e nonostante la bassa stagione la casa era calda e accogliente (una sera abbiamo potuto usare anche il camino del soggiorno e le stufe) e dotata praticamente di tutto,dal microonde al frigo nuovo e grande.Abbiamo molto apprezzato il grande giardino e il retro dove c''è una zona barbeque enorme con mega tavolo sotto la tettoia ( la legna era già lì!!). Lo trovo un posto ideale per le famiglie con bambini perchè è molto tranquillo e proprio sotto casa c''è una bella pineta una graziosa spiaggia e poi in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere tanti paesini caratteristici come posada o San Teodoro. Noi torneremo sicuramente, magari in estate vista l''ottima posizione del mare e visto che ci spostiamo spesso in gruppo e con bambini... grazie di tutto!"

"La maison n est pas independante contrairement a ce que dit l'annonce mais mitoyenne, maison sale à l'arrivee ce qui n 'a pas eu l'air de contrarier le propriétaire, l'eau a une odeur désagréable voir parfois comme si contaminée... probleme electrique, il faut choisir entre prendre une douche ou metre le grill pain en marche, installation electrique dangereuse.... tres cher pour la qualité des prestations, par contre belle plage à proximité"

"Malgré un bon contact téléphonique avec la propriétaire, sur place, très long retard de monsieur (3h) qui ne s'excuse pas,la maison est très sale et très mal entretenue (portes, volets, ameublement, salles de bain, problème de refoulement, d'électricité), une seule serviette de bain chacun , l'équipement (cuisine) est insuffisant. Dommage que la location soit si mal gérée! La très jolie maison est grande, bien située et possède un beau jardin avec cuisine et salle de bain extérieures."

"Das Haus bietet Platz für eine große Familie und ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wir haben abends den Hof mit Backofen und Grill gerne genutzt und die Kinder haben den eingezäunten großen Garten genossen.Ein kurzer Weg führt zum Strand, der allerdings für kleine Kinder nicht so geeignet ist, wir (7 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) sind lieber an den sehr schönen und breiten Strand von Budoni gefahren, zu wünschen wäre in dem Haus nur noch ein Geschirrspüler und mehr Besteck, sonst passte alles"

"Wir haben eine super Woche im Haus verbracht, idealer Ausgangpunkt für unsere Motorradtouren. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, der Garten und Parkplatz sehr schön, besonders die dazugehörende Schildkröte ist erwähnenswert. Grill, Pizzaofen und Aussenküche sind mega. Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Vermieter. Strand und Pineta nur ein paar Schritte Entfernung. Kommen gerne wieder."

Das Haus und die Umgebung...

Das Haus und die Umgebung entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung im Angebot. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf's Meer, großer gepflegter Garten; die Ausstattung war komplett, alles war vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. "Wir durften hier einen der schönsten Urlaube in dieser schönen schnuckeligen Viletta verbringen.Alles ist sehr sauber,die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist die riesige überdachte Terasse vor dem Haus mit Blick auf den schönen Garten.Hinter dem Haus ist ein überdachter riesiger Steintisch ,ein gemauerter Grill,ein Pizzaofen,eine Außenküche,das dritte WC u. eine Außendusche.Nach einem kurzem Spaziergang durch einen Pinienwald erreicht man einen der Traumstrände Sardiniens,sehr malerisch gelegen schmiegt sich Posada im Hintergrund in die Landschaft Sonne,Strand,Flüsse,Berge alles vor Ort. Nur zu empfehlen.Wir kommen wieder. Iliana u. Marco vielen lieben Dank"
