Great Location

This property is ideally located- short walking distance to all major attractions and public transportation. The host was very welcoming and attentive. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

très central pour visiter

les plus: grand appartement avec vue sur la Place Massena, lit et oreillers très comfortables, grande salle de bainles moins:la cuisine pas vraiment équipé pour cuisiner, pas de planche à découper ou à pain ni de spatule pour les oeufs quelques ajouts seulement pour améliorer serait bienvenue sinon on trouve des produits de base et tous les petits appareils aussi les divans sont surtout pour des lits pas de fauteuils ou autres pour relaxer ou écouter la Tv après une longue journéenéanmoins j'ai beaucoup aimé cet appartement et il est bien situé pour profiter de Niceje le recommande

Comme à la maison ...

Appartement hyper centre, perpendiculaire à la place Massena donc plutôt au calme. Très lumineux, on se sent tout de suite chez soi. Bien agencé, les propriétaires qui nous ont accueillis sont sympathiques, veillent au minimum (huile, vinaigre, sel poivre, filtres, dosettes lave vaisselle, percolateur etc ....) avec, en plus un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous voulions vivre comme des citadins et on n'a pas été décus, tout est à proximité (restaurants, bars, magasins, cinéma, piscine, transports très pratiques etc ... et bien sûr, la "Prom" et la mer à 200 mètres ...) A recommander

Very well equipped....Michel was more than wonderful with my huge amount of luggage....so easy to get pedi-cab...look out window and see if available. Loved location.

Wir waren im Februar 2020 für eine Woche in Nizza und haben diese Wohnung gemietet. Die Vermieter sind ein bezauberndes Ehepaar die uns mit Wegbeschreibungen, Restauranttipps, Infos über Sehenswürdigkeiten geholfen haben, und uns sogar mit einer Flasche Rose willkommen haben. Wir haben Diese Wohnung in letzter Minute gemietet, und die Vermieter haben das Möglich gemacht - wofür wir Ihnen sehr dankbar sind. Das Apartment ist super, sieht noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist Perfekt, alles in ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Egal ob Strand, Markt, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants. Die Parksituation ist etwas Schwierig, uns wir haben in der ersten Nacht fast bis Mitternacht einen Stellplatz gesucht, haben uns aber leider nicht im voraus informiert. Am zweiten Tag haben wir dann aber einen Platz gefunden. Und da die Wohnung so Zentral liegt, wurde das Auto bis zur Abreise auch nicht mehr gebraucht. Wir möchten uns nochmal bei den Vermieten bedanken, dass sie unseren Aufenthalt so spontan Möglich gemacht haben.

Un superbe appartement au coeur de Nice

L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied. Le tramway passe au pied de l'appartement et la gare est à 10 minutes à pied. Très propre, bien éclairée d'une belle dimension. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli et nous a donné de bonnes indications sur le quartier. Si je retourne à Nice, je retournerai à cet endroit sans aucune hésitation.

Lovely apartment that you want to return to.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment right in the center of Nice close to beach, park, museums, marked and much more. We also cooked a lot of food in this nice and clean kitchen which contains many good kitchen items. L'idéal pour circuler en centre ville

Bons contacts téléphoniques avec Chantal la propriétaire, et bon accueil de Baptiste qui s'est rendu disponible pour mon arrivée. L'appartement est conforme à la description, charmant surtout pièce à vivre, lumineux et pratique. Je n'ai manqué de rien, tout équipements sur place pour le quotidien et emplacement intéressant pour mes déplacements professionnels. L'appartement donne sur la place Massena, station de tramway juste en bas, rues piétonnes avoisinantes très commerçantes et boutiques pour shopping... Beaucoup de mouvement touristique au mois d'août qui est évidemment normal en cet période estivale. Je remercie encore Chantal pour arrangement horaire départ.

We had a super week in our favourite city. The apartment was superb, exactly what we wanted in a wonderful location. Easy access with the lifts and has everything we needed for cooking some of the great market produce available. The owners were very considerate and welcoming.
