Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The property is just a 5 min walk to Bean Point Beach in Anna Maria Island. The home was very clean and comfortable. They provided the essential toiletries, toilet paper, papertowels, soap, shampoo, etc. The bathrooms are a little dated which was my only complaint but other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home with great beach access!

Had a wonderful stay! Check in was seamless. Home is very spacious with an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. The beach wagons and assorted beach toys, etc. were great. Kitchen is well equipped. The path to the beach is super close. Bean Point is such a wide beach with beautiful sand. Couldn't have asked for a nicer weekend!

Pros: Great location very close to Bean Point Beach, lots of room, light and airy, nice design and layout, rental management company was very responsive. Cons: Freezer drawer was iced up, Bar refrigerator was not working, built in microwave was not working, broken window blinds, some furniture worn out, Skimpy supplies - bring everything you need

Family friendly getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay in AMI at this home. There was more than enough space for our family of 4. Home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Outdoor shower and hose in the back were perfect for getting ourselves cleaned up after the beach (which was directly across the street. There was a beach wagon and beach chairs in the garage. Neighborhood is very quiet which was is nice after a day of activities around the island. Check in and check out procedures were very easy as well. Overall we were quite pleased with this home and are looking forward to booking again soon.

Comfortable Beach Home

Our son and his family joined us for a long Easter weekend stay. We love the convenient location on Bean Point and our other son rented a pool home around the corner so we had both water options covered. Very comfortable home for a family. Would recommend bringing baby gates if you have them and are bringing toddlers. The icemaker was not working but we made do and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. With two dining tables family meal gathering for Easter was perfect. Bring all spices, etc as the kitchen is not stocked with basics. Staying in many rental homes I’ve learned to prepare for this.

Sorgenfrei South Property

Communication with the Sato Real Estate Company was timely and courteous. The house was beyond my expectations! The price was fair for this 2 million dollar property (we would have paid more for 3 small rooms at a bare bones hotel). There were plenty of beach towels, beach equipment and linens to use at the property. It is in a great location on the gulf side of the island and 5 minute walk to the beach. I will definitely use this company again! Thank you for being such a great rental company.

AMazing location

My family and I have been visiting AMI every year for the past 3 summers. We were extremely satisfied with the location of this property and the short walk to the beach/Bean Point. The house was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including plenty of beach equipment. We would definitely consider staying at this home again in the future.

Don't forget the Soap

Pro's: House is very nice and well appointed kitchen wise; Tons of beach equipment from chairs to boogie boards, inner tubes, fishing rods etc. Location is perfect with beach access within steps; Rooms are large, and layout of the house is open and airy. It is a very, very nice property Cons: North Shore Ave is very busy and can be quite noisy at night; Make sure to bring hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, anti bacterial spray for counters, extra garbage bags, basically any kitchen cleaner you have at home. Also, extra toilet paper because they only provide one roll per bathroom. Paper towels too....and hand sanitizer. Zero spices...we even had to buy salt and pepper...... so if you are cooking, make sure to bring whatever spices you may need. We cooked a lot because of Covid. The property overall is very nice. The beach is beautiful and full of dunes, so be prepared to haul quite a distance. It's worth it though!!

Great Location

Close to shopping and dining. The home had all of the kitchen tools we needed to make basic meals and was spacious enough for us to comfortably sleep, dine, and lounge around without feeling crowded or confined. The wagon was a greatly appreciated amenity - made the already short walk to the gulf beach super simple. Highly recommend AMI and this property for a relaxing getaway.
