We stayed for a spring break vacation to see Arches and this house was perfect for our family of five. Everyone had their own space, the hot tub was wonderful, and they thought of everything when it came to amenities- we had everything we needed :)
We loved the house. Perfect for a family visiting the area. Everything was working and the area was quiet. The beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was lovely and all of the outdoor seating was exceptional!
Perfect place to stay with a large group of friends!
My friends and I came to Moab for a weekend of mountain biking and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The private hot tub was amazing as was all of the outdoor furniture- perfect place to hang out and enjoy a morning cup of coffee- the views from the house are pretty sweet! The community pool was a perfect place to cool off in the afternoon heat..Would definitely stay here again!
The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the outside patio and the wrap around balcony off of the master bedroom. It was quiet and peaceful and away from the touristy portion of Moab. It was a quick and easy drive to get to Arches National Park and I 100% recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice quiet place just outside of the downtown area of Moab.
Overall we liked the nice views, amenities such as private hot tub and games, it was clean, and good bedroom setup with garage use. It was a very quiet unit as well.
It was a nice and clean place. Bring everything you need. There was no salt and pepper. Which isn’t a big deal. Just bring the things you need. Don’t plan on them having it. The community pool was dirty and worn down.

Unlike many places I have stayed in, it is nicer and bigger than what photos show. Owner responded to my texts within one minute. It’s a duplex but I never heard neighbors.
Everything was wonderful. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Barbecue grill was extremely nice. Outdoor space also was amazing. Great views too!!!
We loved our stay in Moab South Valley! Our kids especially loved the badminton set. It was perfect for our families vacation and we plan on staying again for our next trip to Moab!
Had a great Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving family meal. The place was extremely clean and well taken care of. We had a great weekend of hiking at Canyonlands and Arches.
