Very central, in the heart of Rione Monti, intimate and romantic, one double bedroom (queensize bed) with kitchen (in the room), bathroom and a small, sunny and silent balcony.
Perfectly situated (5 minutes walking from Coliseum and Roman Phorum) it is very suitable for a couple who wants to have the centre of Rome and its life at hand without giving up the silence of an internal view on the roman roofs…
The apartment is situated (in Via ...) 100 metres far from the Subway Station “Cavour” (Line B).
The District (The “Rione” Monti) is one of the most impressive and living corners within the historical centre of Rome, famous for its characteristic pubs, restaurants, art galleries and nightlife.

We had a great stay, we were only in Rome for three nights so this was a perfect spot! Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable, easily accessed with everything we needed. Amazing location!

We came to Rome in peak summer heat with daily averages of 38C. This place was walking distance to everything, with walks from 7-20 minutes. So we could come home, enjoy the wifi and AC while planning our next outing. Grocery stores nearby and transit too. This is a perfect place for a couple to enjoy Rome.

Perfect!

I am a single senior woman who came to Rome to study Italian language for 2 weeks at Ciao Italian school and this was absolutely perfect. Very short easy walk. Very safe. Very quiet. Excellent communication and very helpful. Very clean and pleasant. Lots of restaurants very near and gelato almost at the doorstep. Elevator - great.

The amenities were ok. No frills. No effort to add perks for visitors, ie serviettes, fresh coffee, no milk. No fcecloths. We had no communication during our stay with the host

LOVED our 9-day stay in this delightful small apartment. Very nice and discreet owner; great communication. Beautiful very clean little studio. Very small but everything we needed was there. No TV (we used the tablet). Wifi, elevator. Wonderful area, full of life and tiny trendy places (galleries, cafés, countless restaurants, bars - Charity Jazz Café on Palisperna is a must - bookstores, etc.)... very near extraordinary Roman Forum and Coliseum... and also 20 min. walk to Termini. Super location. Nightlife... But apartment very quiet. Quaint beautiful Monti! We are still there in our head... and hope to return in a not too far future! Merci beaucoup, grazie mille, Orietta!!

Great apartment in the heart of Rome

I am so happy I found this apartment. It is absolutely adorable and in such a perfect spot. The apt has a large queen bed, table, bathroom (separate from shower) two sinks, a fridge and a hot-plate for cooking. There are also appliances such as coffee-maker, blow dryer and also towels/linens. I took my Aunt ro Rome for the first time on this trip and the location was absolutely ideal. 15 minute walk from the Main Termini station or you can take the metro which is right around the corner from apt. Took us just a few minutes to walk to the colosseum. So amazing- we could walk to our corner, look left and there it was. The apt is in with the locals and there are so many great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and gelato shops within a couple minutes of walking. I was hesitant at first, but after being reassured by VRBO staff I booked it and honestly this is the best choice for accommodations I have made in a long time. The terrace is so cute..I truly miss making my coffee and sitting outside in the morning listening to Rome wake up. I cannot wait for next year. Orietta is also amazing..went out of her way to welcome us..always replied within a short amount of time and her partner as well. 5 stars all the way!!!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. 2mn du métro, 15mn de la gare 10mn du colisée. Convient pour un court séjour, une semaine trop long pour nous dans cet appartement. Propreté très moyenne. 0 contact avec la propriétaire qui habite pourtant le même immeuble, alors que nous avons eu 2 soirées sans électricité (ni eau chaude). Bref moyen moyen mais bien placé.

Cosy studio in ideal location

Wonderful from the moment of entering: A warm, comfortable atmosphere, a small room, but everything you need is there. A Bonus: The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The first pizzeria is only a few steps from the front door, in the same building. The location is right in the oldest part of Rome, cobblestones, few cars, cafes and restaurants just one next to the other. A supermarket only 5 min. walking away. Same for the Metrostation.Really a most beautiful place!

Intro to Rome, perfect place for two

We arrived, and the pictures are exactly as it is in reality. We arrived and waited a few minutes for the key but no issues. The apartment is small and perfect for two people but not much more. BIG PLUS, the place is equipped with A/C, which is perfect and essential during the hot summer this year in Rome with Heat over 90 F or 32.2 C. Orietta is a great host; THANK YOU. The apartment is very central to every amazing site. Looking forward to a return trip with my mother.

The apartment as in a great location. It is very basic. It would have been nice to have a few more things like glasses, wine glasses in particular. It was quiet at night and the air conditioner kept it cool. We enjoyed sitting at the little outdoor table.

Perfect place for stay in Rome

This fit my needs perfectly for a centrally located, efficient, and quiet place to stay while sight seeing in Rome. Nine minute walk to the Colosseum; three minutes to the Cavour Metro Station; 100 meters to a Meta grocery. A hot plate, refrigerator and kitchen items made it easy to prepare my own meals. Clean and comfortable. Flawless check-in. Thanks!
