Villa with all comfort: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a washing machine and a dryer, free WIFI
Well equiped kitchen: oven, dish washer, Nespresso coffee machine...
15 min walking to the beach Les Nonnes, 10 min walking to the market in a typical french south village.
Perfect for families: baby cot, high chair
Sheets are provided.
Surrunding area: La palmyre Zoo (35 min driving distance), Cognac (1 hour driving distance), La Rochelle (1h 15 driving distance), Bordeaux (1h15 driving distance)
If you do not want to clean before leaving you can take a cleaning rate: 150 euros.
Please if you take the cleaning rate we still ask you to empty the fridge, garbages to clean the dishes, the cheminee and the barbecue.
