The kitchen opens up to the family room with a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating in the center of the home. Just off the living room is a deck overlooking the pool with a dining table and gas grill. The kitchen has a center island with bar stools and a separate dining table. Also on the main living level is a secondary sitting area and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a half bath off the kitchen.

Moving to the first floor (lower level) you will find the master bedroom, an entertainment area, washer/dryer, and a secondary bedroom. You will love the large entertainment room as another gathering place with sectional seating and a large TV. The Primary bedroom is generously sized with access to its own screened porch with a “Charleston Swing” (swinging bed) plus an additional seating area. Read a book, have your coffee, or just take a nap. The lower level also features a bunk room with twin bunk beds and standalone twin bed.
