Fantastic venue.

We had a great stay at this apartment, the views are absolutely beautiful over the Turia Gardens, Torres de Serranos and the City skyline. The facilities are great, very clean and well equipped and a very welcoming host. You are very well placed for all the sights and attractions. We would recommend this venue for anyone wishing to explore this beautiful city.

Op een uitstekende locatie een uitstekend appartement

Nieves scoort als gastvrouw een dikke voldoende. Appartement is van heel veel gemakken voorzien. De locatie, tegenover de Serranos toren, is heel bijzonder en een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Met Fallas af-en-toe een beetje luidruchtig.

Totalmente recomendable

He pasado 3 días con mi familia, el alojamiento es totalmente recomendable, destaco su limpieza, la ubicación ( ideal para aparcar el coche y no moverlo durante la estancia), y los detalles y amabilidad de la anfitriona que transmite confianza y seguridad desde el primer contacto con ella, es una suerte!!. Si volvemos a Valencia, será en este alojamiento.

Piso céntrico y con todas las comodidades

Piso muy bien, si tuviera que volver a Valencia seguramente repetiría; única cosa negativa sería la zona para aparcar, que está difícil pero al ser tan céntrico no hace falta coger el coche. Gracias a Nieves y a Thais por la acogida.

Net ruim appartement op zeer goede locatie

Net ruim appartement op zeer goede locatie, de straat oversteken en je bent in het Turiapark en het oude centrum. Dichtbij de tram en de supermarkt ook op loopafstand. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. In het appartement is alles aanwezig en kindvriendelijk. Zoals eerder al gelezen moet je goed ter been zijn aangezien je veel trappen op moet. Wij waren hier met 2 kinderen en tussen alle bezichtigingen door lekker kunnen voetballen in het park. Ook zijn er veel speelgelegenheden in het park wat Valencia ook erg leuk maakt om met kinderen te bezoeken.

Vacanza perfetta a Valencia

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia dell'appartamento che della proprietaria che si è rivelata molto disponibile. La posizione è ottima ed è ben collegata con tutti i punti di interesse di València tramite bus e tram. Il supermercato si trova ad un isolato. Consigliatissimo.

Great location, spacious, well-equipped, spotless apartment.

The apartment is in an ideal location,with many sights within walking distance and has good transport connections to the beach and other places out of town. Plenty of nearby restaurants and tapas bars, and shady green spaces. It is spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are great views from the window. It is up three flights of stairs (no lift), which is a consideration for anybody with limited mobility. The proprietors are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if we returned to Valencia, would certainly consider renting it again.

Fantástica ubicación, buenas vistas y trato insuperable

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue de 4 noches. Con dos niños de 6 y 3 años. La ubicación es muy buena, en el centro de Valencia, junto al parque y con el bus en la puerta y el tranvía a unos pocos pasos, esto hace que sea un poco ruidoso también, pero no en exceso. El trato con Nieves fue exquisito, que nos ayudó con los planes que teníamos. Es un tercero sin ascensor, pero a los niños no les costaba subir y bajar. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias por todo.

Casa pulita ma senza riscaldamento, e vasca senza doccia

Casa centrale e ben attrezzata ma senza riscaldamento, ha solo split x aria calda, che non si possono accendere contemporaneamente. Di fatto in casa fa freddo, specie in bagno. In bagno la vasca non ha possibilità di fare la doccia e si bagna tutto x lavarsi

We had a lovely time in Valencia. The flat was exactly as in the pictures and it was very clean. Nieves is great and made us feel very welcoming. The flat is fully equipped, even with toys for the kids. I will fully recommend it to anyone and I will definitively stay again in this flat.

amazing apartment with stunning views and the most hospitable host. Location perfect for exploring the heart of Valencia - no need for a car. The details provided were accurate, the property was spotless and well maintained. on arrival we received the most amazing reception and made to feel special. We all want to thank Nieves for allowing us to experience her apartment and her generosity. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend to others wishing to stay in the heart of Valencia.

Sentirsi a casa!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 12 al 17 Aprile ed eravamo 4 adulti e due bambini ( 8 e 10 anni) e che dire... ci siamo sentiti subito a casa nostra! L'appartamento è ubicato proprio di fronte alla Torres de Serrans dalla quale si ha accesso al centro storico della città.. quindi posizione super! Sotto l'abitazione c'è fermata bus e attraversando la strada si ha accesso ai giardini del Turia quindi tutte le comodità per raggiungere i diversi luoghi da visitare con diversi mezzi.. L'appartamento è ben soleggiato, le camere spaziose, in salotto c'è un divano letto dove hanno dormito i bambini , la cucina ben attrezzata e spaziosa, bagno ampio , pulito e fenestrato. La vista dal salotto e dalla camera padronale è spettacolare, unica nota da dire è effettivamente che essendoci una strada principale sotto, spesso trafficata ed essendo gli infissi un pò datati , la casa è un pò rumorosa soprattutto di notte. Nella zona dove si trova l'appartamento c'è di tutto, supermercato, bar, fruttivendolo, panifici, farmacia etc. Noi abbiamo noleggiato 5 bici e abbiamo potuto tenerle nell'ingresso della casa dove c'era posto e anche questo è un servizio in più. La signora Nieves la proprietaria è splendida,veramente ! Disponibile, sempre sorridente, pronta a dare qualsiasi informazione che le abbiamo chiesto, il gg dell'arrivo siamo arrivati con due ore di ritardo a causa dell'aereo e lei ci ha atteso senza alcun problema e sempre con il sorriso!

Fantastic Valencia

The appartment was spacious, it got everthing you needed and was nearby the centre, good wifi !!! (10 euro/week) and all the highlights. The owner was very helpfull and correct. Best to know, take earplugs because the traffic make lots of noise untill late in the evening and again early in the morning.

Splendida vacanza!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana a gennaio ..(2 adulti e un bimbo di 2 anni) ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra... super coccolati dalla Signora Nieves... per il bimbo aveva pensato a tutto... giochi, seggioloni, libreria per i piccoli, passeggino...Consigliato a tutti !!posizione strategica vicino al supermercato, alla fermata dei mezzi che ti permettono di raggiungere comodamente tutte le attrazioni , rosticceria e fruttivendolo sotto casa,..appartamento arredato con gusto ,molto bello!! grazie ancora di tutto Nieves !!!

Bellissima vacanza Valenciana!

Siamo stati, in tre adulti,in questo appartamento, in un palazzo storico grande e confortevole, accessoriato di tutto. Si trova a pochi passi dalla Porta de Serranos, che da accesso al centro storico, ricco di monumenti e musei. La fermata del bus sotto casa, N95 permette di arrivare alla Città della Scienza, bellissima, e con le varie interconnessi con le altre linee, molto comode e puntuali si arriva ovunque, anche in zone periferiche. Supermercato e negozi comodi, alcune rosticcerie , una anche sotto casa. Beh! E per ultimo ma non meno importante Nieves la sua famiglia, non potevamo chiedere, dei padroni di casa migliori, attenti cordiali e disponibili per tutto! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Valencia In famiglia. Appartamento perfetto!

Sono partita per Valencia con mio marito e i nostri tre figli. La casa ha una posizione strategica in citta: a 500 metri dal centro, la fermata dell'autobus davanti al portone ma soprattutto, per chi come noi ha 3 pargoli scatenati, l'immenso parco di Valencia proprio sotto casa. La proprietaria, Nieves, è stata più che gentile. In casa non mancava nulla, anzi, c'erano anche i giochi per i bambini per la spiaggia in caso di una giornata nello splendido mare di Valencia. In conclusione, ottimo appartamento e ottima proprietaria!

Al terzo piano di una bella palazzina primi '900 di fronte alla città vecchia di Valencia

Ben tenuto e pulito appartamento di fronte alla trecentesca porta di Serranos di Valencia, la signora Nieves e suo marito ci hanno accolto nell'ampio e panoramico appartamento, dopo averci spiegato dettagliatamente come raggiungerlo dall'aeroporto, composto da due belle camere da letto, una grande cucina con tinello, ampio salotto con divano letto e un grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio. La posizione è strategica per visitare il centro storico con i suoi monumenti e per andare, attraverso i giardini del Turia, alla bellissima città della scienza.
