This beautifully decorated luxury and rustic cabin offers the finest in cabin amenities. Offering 3 cable TV's with 50" flat screen in the great room, 60 game multi-cade arcade game, Pool Table, Paved Roads, covered deck, washer & dryer, and more. Very convenient to all the excitement in Gatlinburg and only minutes to Pigeon forge.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I spent the week in your Beary Cozy cabin. Everything was clean and in working order. We had some snow and ice but, the roads leading to the cabin were cleared out daily. We love using the hot tub and fireplace. We spent most of our time in Gatlinburg and the cabin was a welcomed place to return to. The management was attentive and did everything they could to make sure our trip went well. I would absolutely recommend Elk Springs to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

Blinds were not mounted correctly and the outside light shined through the window during the night. There were spider webs with spider in the window. The furniture in living room was really worn out. The coffee table was very dirty. The sheets on beds was like cardboard. Was really disappointed there were no Christmas decorations. The outside of cabin has spider webs every where.
