The house is located in a very quiet area, not overlooked, 300 m from the first shops and restaurants. It has a shaded terrace overlooking garden with fruit trees, patio.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 people. It is ideal for families (with the possibility of 2 additional cots available free of charge if needed).

Great villa

3 of us stayed here in August for over 2 weeks. It was blistering hot as you’d expect but the lovely pool and aircon saved us! The villa is very well equipped and in a good position near great restaurants. Our only complaint would be that the sun loungers were all broken in some way and it was hard to find one that you didn’t either fall through or collapse back on! 2 of the group refused to use them! Otherwise we had a great time in this lovely villa

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. La villa est dans un quartier calme. Elle est très propre et très très bien équipée et aménagée (je parle en connaissance de cause car j'en ai loué pas mal de villa). La piscine est grande. Erika nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible à nos besoins.

Sehr viel Platz über zwei Etagen

Wir waren mit insgesamt 10 Personen davon 6 Kindern im Alter von 16 bis 2 Jahren im Haus. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist eingezäunt, man kann ihn sogar abschließen. Das gesamte Grundstück ist ebenfalls eingezäunt und man kann ein Auto mit einem elektrischen Tor einschließen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind dabei und können genutzt werden. Das ist sehr gut. Der Pool war leider nicht ganz sauber, ging aber noch. Nach einem Wasserachaden oder verstopften Duschablauf würde sofort reagiert und repariert. Gerne wieder.

Enttäuscht , wütend und traurig 😡

Das Haus ist feucht und die Matratzen sind schimmelig , auf Anfrage zur Lösung, heißt es es sei ja ein boxspringbett und es ist ja nur die Unterste Matratze schimmelig und ich solle heizen , der Backofen lebte und auf die Polster im Garten konnte man auch nicht sitzen ( gammelig) 😡wir haben eine Nacht auf dem Sofa geschlafen und sind am nächsten Morgen abgereist… die eine Nacht hat uns 700€ gekostet da ich nur einen geringen Teil zurück bekommen habe . Sie haben uns nicht mal eine Lösung angeboten und gesagt ich wollte das Haus ja verlassen !!! Schlimmste Urlaub ever , ich verreise viel , aber das war unterirdisch!!!!! Ein Bekannter von uns hat versucht auf spanisch das zu regeln , der Herr der uns den Schlüssel gab war am Telefon sehr unverschämt .. mir fehlen die Worte

Ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub

Für uns ist La Marina ein toller Ort um einen erholsamen Urlaub zumachen. Von dort kann man sehr viele Ausflüge machen. z.B. nach Murcia, Cartagena, Elche oder natürlich Alicante. Ein Mietwagen wird hier auf jeden Fall benötigt. Alleine um auch in nur 5 Minuten den traumhaften Sand-Strand zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Betten sind wirklich gut. Das Haus verfügt überall an Jalousien, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und ruhig. Der Pool ist ein Traum und es sind sogar 6 Liegen verfügbar! Wir wurden von Erika in Empfang genommen und Eingewiesen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Die Betreuung war wirklich toll!!! Unser Fazit= Ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub! Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

The villa or the area is not somewhere I would revisit

Firstly, I don’t usually write reviews but I wish someone had been as honest on previous reviews before we had booked. This is not a villa for anyone with mobility problems, likes clean lines and de clutter or over 5ft 8”. A lot of the villa and it’s contents are tired or in need or repair or replacing and in trying to maximise the number of beds has compromised on other things. There is also far far too much stuff everywhere. The living area is on the first floor with only one bedroom which has a double bed and bunk bed over the top, not ideal for myself, my partner and my teenage daughter, so we slept downstairs at the back of the villa, not a problem until you realise that you either need to make every trip up a tight spiral staircases or leave the villa, go outside up the side steps unlock a door and a security grill every time you want something, every time you go out, coming back with shopping, make something to eat, food out of the fridge, put the tv on. The door to exit downstairs has a height clearance of around 5ft 8” and that’s without the shutter that doesn’t fully open, not good when you’re 6ft4” so we had a few head injuries. The headboard in the bedroom was also an issue, really silly design and just missed my eye a few times when turning out the light. As the room is in what should be the garage you really need more than a 5 watt bulb to get ready for an evening out. I have to say that the bathrooms were clean but the smell from the downstairs toilet was like a public urinal and we had to fix shower head with hair band. Part of the laundry room ceiling was on the floor each morning, the outside bbq I just wouldn’t touch and the food prep areas both upstairs and down covered in hundreds of ants. The key holder did not communicate with us prior to us arriving and had to contact the owner who told us she was very good. She was not there to meet us but told by a young male and female, I am her friend, at 23:00 were given a large bunch of keys outside and were asked do you want to show round. “Yes” I could go on but there were many reasons this is just not for us. The villa is just a few hundred metres from the nearest bars but many are closed and the few open are quiet and an average age of 60, plenty of places to eat in the grey area and a little further away consume square with a supermarket again lots of places closed. No music or live events allowed on the urb and had to travel outside of the area to see any real sign of life.

La estancia ha sido muy buena, la casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. El espacio exterior y la piscina están estupendas, los pekes han disfrutado mucho. En coche a la playa se tarda 8 minutos pero está lejos para ir andando.

Fathers 90th Birthday

Villa was ideal location for us as Dad lived just around the corner. In these troubled times it was perfect having our own pool and not sharing. Lots of places nearby for eating, just a short walk away. Villa was lovely, plenty of rooms and great having 2 shower rooms

Cada detalle que pedimos estaba, limpieza de 10, zona muy tranquila, disponíamos de todo dentro, supermercado a 2 minutos, piscina estupenda y exteriores también (bbq, jardín...). Por poner una pega, entró alguien de mantenimiento a cambiar el cloro muy temprano cuando dormíamos, podrian habernos avisado, por lo demás, repetiriamos sin duda!
