Beautiful villa and view

We absolutely loved the property. Very traditional with some lovely features. Very spacious and all bedrooms were a good size to accommodate couples. The pool was perfect and well maintained with 6 sunloungers and a comfortable seating area with outdoor corner sofa and large umbrella for shade. There was plenty seating in the upstairs living area and a fantastic view down to the sea from the balcony. The outside hot plate on the balcony was perfect for cooking on and easy to use and we ate at the seating area there most nights. The kitchen was well equipped with a substantial fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. Though we didn’t really use the t.v.s much we did enjoy being able to watch the World Cup rugby matches on the large sitting room t.v. The nearest town was within walking distance or few minutes drive and had all the essentials in terms of shops, bars/restaurants, a port and various beaches. It was also not far to drive to some of the larger towns and supermarkets and some other lovely beaches further along the coast in either direction. We also enjoyed being able to visit St Tropez by boat from the local port. We were able to contact the property caretakers for any issues that arose. They lived locally and were friendly and very responsive. The property would benefit from air-conditioning if this were possible and the downstairs rooms did have a bit of a lingering smell of damp. Otherwise everything about the property and location was perfect for our purposes.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einer tollen , grünen Anlage. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber. Die Lounge war das Highlight für uns, wir genossen einige Nachmittage und Abende dort um alles zu genießen! Es war auch nicht weit zum Strand und in die Bäckerei konnte man gut zu Fuß gehen wenn man etwas frühsport wollte . Sonst brauchte man immer das Auto. Les Issambres ist ein sehr schönes Dorf mit guten Restaurants und Eisdielen und hat viele sportliche wie touristische Möglichkeiten. Danke an Hr. Vonner es hat alles super gepasst. Ich liebe das Haus

Unser Aufenthalt war nur schön! Es fehlte an nichts! Meinem Mann in sehr heissen Nächten eine Klimaanlage, man kann aber auch einfach nochmal in den Pool hüpfen. Das Haus ist eine alte Dame, da kann es hier und da schonmal eine feuchte Stelle geben oder etwas feucht richten. Die Wildschweine fand ich spannend. Christine und Familie waren sehr lieb , zur Begrüssung gab es eine Hand voll frischer feigen. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Lieben Gruss, Iris und Manfred

Gute Lage und Grundstück, Charmantes Haus, Einschränkungen bei der Küche

Das Haus und die Lage sind wie beschrieben. Strand und Geschäfte erreicht man nach ca. 15 Min. Das Haus besitzt sehr viel Charme und der Pool war schön und sauber. Die Betreuung durch Christine vor Ort war gut und sie war sehr bemüht (z.B: Rückgabe des Hauses morgens um 4 Uhr möglich, damit wir früh losfahren konnten). Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer wichtig sein kann. Womit wir nicht zufrieden waren, ist die Ausstattung der Küche (Utensilien alt) und deren Sauberkeit, vor allem der Arbeitsfläche. Auch die Töpfe und Pfannen haben wir vor Gebrauch nochmals geputzt, da klebrig (Geschirr war neu und sauber). Vom Herd funktionierten nur zwei Gasflächen, was während der Aufenthalts durch Reinigung teilweise behoben werden konnte, aber Feineinstellung war auch danach nicht möglich. Toilettenspülung war defekt, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Im Hanggeschoss roch es feucht bis modrig, wenn man nicht dauern lüftete. Auf den Herd, Toilette und reparierte/feuchte Wand im Keller wurden wir schon bei der Übergabe hingewiesen, weshalb die Antwort des Vermieters - er habe davon nichts gewusst- etwas verwundert. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön, für den Mietpreis sollte der Zustand und die Ausstattung allerdings in deutlich besseren Zustand gebracht werden.

Super Meersicht ruhig und doch central

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Aussicht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem zentral . Die Strände , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell und einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Empfang von Mm. Christine war sehr herzlich . Ein kleines Problem wirde sofort gelöst , Merci . Auch die Anfragen mit dem Besitzer wurden immer sofort und kompetent beantwortet , Merci. Der grosse Pool wurde von allen rege benutzt. Vor allem unsere zwei Enkel hatten die grösste Freude . Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen , gerne wieder . Schönstes Haus in 10 Jahren!

Wir hatten im Juni zu viert mit Hund zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus ! Die Betreuung vor Ort war super und sehr freundlich. Und auch der schriftliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist großzügig bemessen, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Töpfen, Messern und einer sehr großen Auswahl an Geschirr! Toller Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Am besten ist der Blick von der Terrasse und den Schlafzimmern aufs Meer. Bei Hitze sind die Schlafzimmer unten die bessere Wahl. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, unser Hund konnte bedenkenlos das toll bepflanzte Grundstück erforschen. Spaziergänge mit dem Hund in direkter Umgebung haben wir uns wegen der Wildschwein-Mama mit Kindern nicht getraut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastiskt hus!

Fantastiskt välplanerat hus med stor, härlig pool. Vi var sju personer (fyra vuxna och tre barn) som hade gott om plats. Vi älskade terrassen under tak med utsikt - där åt vi frukost och middag varje dag! Lugnt område, promenadavstånd till byn med bageri, mataffär och stränder, dock ska man förstå att det är rätt brant uppför på hemvägen. Mycket trevlig värd och värdinna som snabbt svarade på våra frågor. Vi klarade oss utan AC den veckan vi var där i maj, men det hade nog behövts mitt i sommaren! Huset har en lukt av fukt men man vande sig… Sammanfattningsvis var allt suveränt!

Emmabelle Frühling 2022

Wir haben eine sehr gute Woche in der Villa Emmabel verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Das schöne Wetter hat dazu beigetragen. Das Haus ist gut unterhalten und passt perfekt für Familienferien. Es ist praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt auch ein grosses Schwimmbad und eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Der Garten ist schön. Man sieht das Meer. Es ist in einem ruhigen Quartier. Am Montag gibt es einen kleinen Markt in "Les Issambres". Das Dorf ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuss errreichbar und. man kann viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Der Küstenweg ("sentier du littoral") nach dem "plage de la Gaillarde" lohnt sich mit seinen schönen Aussichten und dem "türkisch blauen" Meer. Man ist in der Nähe von Sainte-Maxime, Port Grimaud, St-Raphaël. Roquebrune sur-Argens selber bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten. Wenn es ein wenig weiter sein darf, kann man nach Grasse oder Nizza fahren.

Superbe vue, du vert du bleu même en hivers

Excellent séjour de fin d'année, se ressourcer dans cette villa a été un superbe moment en famille. Plancha en terrasse le midi et feu de cheminée le soir le top ! Villa impeccable dans un environnement de verdure et de fleurs, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la vie à Sainte Maxime et Saint-Tropez en cette saison et des mesures sanitaires. Merci au propriétaire
