Stay in Paolo's Lovely flat beneath the pines

Thank you, Paola, for letting us stay in your beautiful and comfortable flat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more and it is perfect for families or people who like to cook. Also, it is nice that the (stone) garden is fenced off, so that young children can be very free in their play in the garden. We would come back!

Empfehlenswerte ruhige Ferienwohnung

Tolle, saubere, gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit schönem Aussenbereich (Grillstelle, Hollywoodschaukel, etc.). Wir haben eine super Zeit als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4+6J.) dort verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das einzige Problem mit dem Warmwasser konnte schnell gelöst werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa perfetta per vivere il mare in relax.

La casa è fresca e pulita, con letti comodi, una cucina perfettamente attrezzata e una veranda con vista sul mare. Le zanzariere alle finestre proteggono il sonno, il verde del giardino e la posizione in collina assicurano ventilazione anche nelle ore più calde. La spiaggia più vicina (bellissima) si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti a piedi o 2 minuti in auto. Il centro di Castiglione è a pochi minuti in auto.

Trivsamt och fräscht i mycket vackra omgivningar

Fantastiskt! Vi trivdes så bra! Väldigt fräscht och trivsamt. Ingenting saknas i detta hus. Uteplatsen ligger helt ogenerat och är en oas med träd som skuggar i hettan. Vi tog en promenad (ca 1 km) ner till stranden varje dag och njöt av de vackra omgivningarna. Vilken natur! Bokning hos Paola och mottagande av Fabiana på plats fungerade perfekt. Vi fick massor av bra tips på utflyktsmål. Ett litet aber är att det är väldigt lyhört och grannar kan upplevas störande om man vill ha absolut lugn. Detta är en underbar plats som vann våra hjärtan. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung umgeben von Wald und ein wenig Meersicht

Die Wohnung eignet sich für Strandferien zu Fuss, oder noch besser mit dem Velo. Sie liegt im Parterre von einem Haus mit 4 Wohneinheiten. Wir hatten zum Glück Nebensaison, und waren einige Zeit alleine im Haus. Das Haus ist leider etwas "ringhörig". Die Nachbarn oben hörten wir jeweils ziemlich gut wenn sie mit Schuhen durch die Wohnung spazierten. Ansonsten ist alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein toller Grill draußen lockte sogar mich als Grill-Muffel zu Fleisch grillieren am Abend. Viele Vögel, ein Eidechsli, kleine und eine grössere Echsen sowie eine Schlange besuchten uns auf dem Sitzplatz. Mücken hatte wir praktisch keine. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Region ist es natürlich toll von dieser Wohnung aus. Also im großen Ganzen können wir sie sicher weiter empfehlen.

Outstanding vacation

We loved our staying at Paola's apartment. It was very cozy and clean. There were five of us (two adults and three children) and we found everything necessary to feel comfortable. The location is perfect though it takes some time to get to the beach and the center of the town. The apartment is separated from the others and is surrounded with pine trees so one can enjoy the silence and coziness of the place. Dear Paola and Fabiola! Thank you very much for everything. If we come to Castiglione-della-Pescaia once more, we'll definitely stay at this apartment.

Formidable !

Nous avons séjourné en 2015 (6 adultes et un enfant) et en 2016 (4 adultes) et avons les deux fois été totalement satisfaits. J'ai lu les 11 commentaires précédents et peux confirmer qu'ils sont exacts en tout et, entre autre, sur la facilité des relations avec Madame del Cipolla pour les démarches qu'avec Fabiana sur place. La maison est grande, accueillante, propre, confortable et idéalement située dans un endroit calme à proximité de toutes les commodités, ville, magasins, plage, etc. (une voiture en facilite bien sûr l'accès). Depuis cette année il y a même le wifi ce qui pour les suisses comme nous encore victimes du roaming international est très agréable ! Ne ratez pas les glaciers artisanaux du centre de Castiglione ! La ville fortifiée de Grossetto à 20 minutes en voiture vaut le détour et bien sûr Sienne qui n'est pas si loin. Nous souhaitons aux résidents à venir autant de plaisir que nous en avons eu !

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, sie ist super ausgestattet, tolle Küchenausstattung, prima Matratzen, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern...die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Vermieterin Fabiana sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns sogar noch ganz neu einen Internetzugang angeschlossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, die Lage sehr ruhig und in schönster Natur, abends leuchten die Glühwürmchen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 3-5 Minuten im Zentrum von Castiglione. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher, 1 Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhig, geräumig und sehr komfortabel!

Eine tolle, sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Man merkt einfach, dass da jemand nachgedacht hat und auch guten Geschmack bei der Auswahl der Einrichtung bewiesen hat. Bei Fragen war die Vermieterin stehts erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die absolut ruhige Lage, die große beschattete Terrasse auf der wir fast alle unsere Mahlzeiten einnehmen konnten. Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht! Danke Paola & Fabiana!

Maiosn remarquable avec très belle vue

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre idyllique. Terrasse ombragée ce qui doit être un avantage en été! Endroit très calme et situé à peu de temps des commodités. Voiture indispensable. La propriétaire, même si nous n'avons communiqué que par mail, est très sympathique. Bref, belles vacances à recommandées.

We had very nice holidays in the lovely situated and fitted house. The garden is wondeful and it was very calm in september. Kitchen and the other rooms are nice, modern and comlpeted fitted. Nothing was missing. We would come back!

la casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Quello che non si vede dal sito è che è arredata con gusto, con una ricca dotazione di accessori, a partire dal grande frigorifero. Inoltre si trova in luogo tranquillo e circondato dal verde. E' necessaria una macchina sopratutto per la salita finale. In poche parole, un ottima sistemazione.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage / Servizi molto bene

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung, z.B. großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Guter Service mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Schöne Schlafzimmer. Auch wir (zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder zwischen 12 und 17 Jahren) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Castiglione della Pescaia vor der Haustür. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (max. eine Stunden Autofahrt), z.B. Grosseto, Sienna, Piombino, Follonica, Porto Santo Stefano. Nous y avons passé trois semaines très reposantes. Très jolie maison avec trois chambres, deux salles de bain, et une grande terrasse. Très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine. La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione fornita dai proprietari. I servizi della casa sono bene. La locazione è stupenda per via del paesaggio che la circonda. I proprietari sono stati molti disponibili e corretti. Danke schön, merci, grazie Paola!

Printemps fabuleux en Maremme Toscane

Nous avons passé deux semaines très reposantes dans cette jolie maison dans les collines de Castiglione. Elle est très spacieuse ( 3 chambres), et dispose d'une grande terrasse. L'ameublement est très joli et de qualité (lits très confortables). On dispose d'un vrai salon équipé avec canapé et fauteuil, séparé de la cuisine qui est très bien équipée. Il ne manque vraiment rien pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. L'environnement est très vert et calme, la plage se trouve à 1km à pied en contrebas. La route qui y mène est un peu raide, mais faisable à pied et peu fréquentée par des voitures.Courses alimentaires faciles dans la partie neuve de Castiglione.Pour les amateurs d'art , tous les sites étrusques à proximités: Vetulonia, Roselle, Populonia.Beaucoup debelles balades à faire autour de Piombino (Bucca delle fate). Nous recommandons chaudement cette location et reviendrons certainement.

ein sehr schönes Haus in ...

ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage auf einem kleinen Berg gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Alles war reichlich vorhanden und der Service mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern war vorbildlich.Ein sehr guter großer Kühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühlschrank runden das Bild ab sowie Waschmaschine und großer Geschirrspüler. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern genossen. Der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür (nur den kleinen Berg hinunter)sehr sauberes Wasser und nette Leute.

"La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione fornita dai proprietari. L''arredamento è nuovo e in ottime condizioni e i servizi della casa sono di livello superiore a quello che in genere si trova nelle case vacanza. La casa dista 1 km dal mare anche se la strada è in salita e quindi è consigliabile l''uso della macchina. La locazione è stupenda per via del silenzio e del paesaggio che la circonda. I proprietari sono stati molti disponibili e corretti in ogni dettaglio riguardante ai pagamenti."
