WELCOME TO OUR HOME !!

'Cà Beppi' is the name of our house.
(Giuseppe was my father's name. "Beppi" for everyone. The name of our house is a tribute to his memory. Follow us on our social networks)

Our customers will find a cordial and warm, simple, clean and family atmosphere: for any question, doubt, problem or information for your visits, ring the bell of our house. During your stay, we are happy to be your point of reference.

The location is ideal for those who want to visit Venice without staying in the city, but also want to know other locations that our Veneto can offer. After a wonderful day in which you have visited Venice, returning to a quiet place where perhaps you can dine outside in the garden, can be very relaxing.

The apartment can be reached directly by car necessary to stay in our house, arranged over two floors, it is completely independent from our house: you will share with us a large garden and everything you will find outside (table, umbrella, chairs and a cot, tennis rackets, barbecue) ..

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a large living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. WiFi and air conditioning in the sleeping area.

Games for children and ample free parking inside the property. Independent access 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, offer a small welcome gift.

Water park and municipal swimming pools a few kilometers away. Supermarkets, small shops and good restaurants nearby. In fact, in our area you can find some outlets selling ready meals to enjoy at home with peace of mind and savings (fish, pasta, grilled meat, pizza...). Of course you will also find many restaurants and pizzerias. We will give you the right advice for your needs.

Excellent location for visiting Venice, just a few kilometers from home: the two railway stations with ample free parking are just a few kilometers from our home. You can get to Venice, even by bus.
It is also very easy to go in a short time to other tourist destinations in the Veneto region: Chioggia, Padua, Verona, the Dolomites, Lake Garda, etc. If you wish, we can give you many suggestions on the most suggestive itineraries and hidden places to visit both in Venice and in the surrounding areas.

WE SUGGEST having a car available. But we have already had some guests who have traveled only by taxi and public transport. If this is of interest to you and you do not have a car, we recommend asking us for detailed information BEFORE booking so that we know the situation

If you wish, we can organize a beautiful day on a boat in the lagoon. Unforgettable experience.

Wonderful stay!

Gianpaolo and family stayed up late when our flight was very late to welcome us to their home. The property was spotless! Location was perfect, as the train station (to travel into Venice) was a short car ride away. We wete made extremely welcome, Vera even baked us a fruit pie!

So great my wife wants to move to Spinea!

This was the perfect place for us. Very nice town outside of the touristy Venice but a quick 12 minute train in and out. The house was very clean and felt very welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we get to go back. Gianpaolo was very good about communicating and even assisted with arranging transportation from the airport.

Thank you very much for your nice review. For those who want we can certainly organize the transfer from the airport to our house with a public taxi. The bus stop for Venice is 15/20 minutes walk from our house. 400 meters from our house (5 minutes) you can find a small local mini market with fresh bread every morning and a tobacconist where you can buy tickets for public transport. It must be said that having a car makes everything easier. But the bravest, :-), can reach Venice even without a car. We wish your family a good life.

Beautiful house and garden, great location

Gianpaolo and Vera made us very welcome to their beautiful house. Air con in the bedroom was amazing as the days were very hot. House is finished to a very high standard, my only negative was there was no kettle in the kitchen, (Italians not used to how much tea we Brit's drink!) Otherwise a perfect holiday home!

A wonderful stay

We spent a week with Gianpaolo and Vera and enjoyed the time very much. We were warmly welcomed personally and everything was explained to us and we were given tips for restaurants and excursions. We could write to him at any time via WhatsApp if we had any questions or ring the doorbell next door. The house was very clean and the three of us (my husband, our daughter and I) had plenty of space. That was great, especially after our arrival day and in extremely rainy weather! We drove from there by car to the parking lot at the train station and then made excursions by train. That worked perfectly! We can only recommend the accommodation!

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Parkplatz auf Grundstück. Perfekt für Venedig (15 min. Zugfahrt). Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die viel befahrene Straße am Ende des Grundstücks, 1 Schlafzimmer geht auf die ruhige Seite. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit, super nett !

La maison du bonheur! Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis par les propriétaires et leur fils, qui nous ont présenté leur magnifique maison. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux conseils des propriétaires. Il est agréable de disposer du jardin et de la magnifique terrasse. Nous avons apprécié aussi les légumes du jardin (tomates, concombres) et l’eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée. Au milieu du séjour, nous avons eu le droit à une délicieuse tarte maison. La maison est très propre, très grande et très fonctionnelle. La climatisation est très appréciable. Il faut signaler aussi que la location est idéalement située pour visiter Venise. Déjà la gare est à 5 minutes de la maison et dispose d’un immense parking gratuit. En 15 minutes de trajet, on arrive directement à la gare de Venise Santa-Lucia. Bref, tout était parfait nous remercions encore vivement les propriétaires chez qui on se sent comme à la maison. Pour l’heure de départ, les propriétaires sont très flexibles, nous avons pu partir plus tôt. Grazie mille. On reviendra sans problème.

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis. Nous avons découvert que même sans voiture, notre maison peut être un bon point de référence pour ceux qui souhaitent uniquement utiliser les transports en commun. Mais il faut dire que l'arrêt de bus le plus fréquent en direction de Venise se trouve à 15 minutes à pied. Donc ne convient pas à tout le monde. C'est certainement mieux d'avoir une voiture à disposition. Bonne vie à vous tous.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe Venedigs

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht, um Venedig zu erkunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer ländlichen Gegend und hat einen großen Garten. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Bahnhof nach Venedig schnell erreichbar, der Zug fährt regelmäßig und braucht 20 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen Tipps zu Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten versorgt. Vielen Dank!

Ein wirklich rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und haben uns viele gute Tipps bzgl. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Venedig

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung hat zwei große, schöne Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten hat einen schönen, großen Balkon. An allen Fenstern sind Mückennetze, die sind wirklich sehr nützlich, genau wie die Klimaanlage. In der Küche haben wir Essig und ein paar Gewürze gehabt, wir konnten trotz später Anreise uns so noch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen machen. Morgens das Frühstück im Freien genießen - ein toller Start in den Tag. Gianpaolo und Vera sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Auch wir kamen in den frischen Genuss von selbstangebauten Produkten aus dem Garten! Sehr, sehr lecker. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen sind hilfreich. Hier findet sich für jeden Geschmack etwas, wir haben 2 Restaurants ausprobiert, sie waren geschmacklich sehr gut und preislich absolut in Ordnung. Unsere Ausflüge nach Venedig, Murano, Burano, Choggia, Jesolo waren dank der guten Vorab-Informationen, die man ausgedruckt in mehreren Sprachen in der Ferienwohnung findet, alle stressfrei. Mit dem Auto haben wir ca. 30 Minuten nach Venedig gebraucht, für uns liegt Spinea damit absolut perfekt. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder. Es gibt noch so viel zu sehen. Vielen Dank an Gianpaolo und Vera!

Bardzo udane wakacje

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z lokalizacji i z budynku w którym spędziliśmy urlop. Dom bardzo czysty i zadbany. Właściciel oraz jego żona bardzo uczynni i sympatyczni. Podczas pobytu zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na ich pomoc. Dostaliśmy również świeże warzywa oraz pyszne ciasto. Spędziliśmy udane wakacje i chętnie tam wrócimy ponownie.

Sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestatte Unterkunft

Es war ein wunderbarer Sommerurlaub, den wir bei den äußerst freundlichen Vermietern Gianpaolo und Vera mit Matteo verbringen dürften. Objektbeschreibung und Realität absolut übereinstimmend, das Wichtigste sind die an jedem Fenster vorhandenen Fliegengitter und die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Venedig, Padua, Chioggia und Treviso,auch an die Strände nach Sottomarina und Jesolo. Der Kuchen von Vera und die Erträge aus dem Garten waren prima. Supermarkt in der näheren Umgebung. Die Tipps von Gianpaolo bzgl. Essen und Ausflüge waren hervorragend. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit!!!

Superbe location

Très belle location, très propre et spacieuse. La climatisation la nuit a été très appréciable car nous avons eu une semaine très chaude. Gianpaolo et Véro sont très accueillants. Avec son fils Matteo, Gianpaolo nous a fait découvrir dès notre arrivée, les principales commodités à proximité : supermarché, gare (pour se rendre facilement à Venise), marchand de glaces, pizzéria... Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Vénétie. L' appartement est très spacieux, très propre et très bien entretenu. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Nous avons apprécié d 'avoir les lits faits à notre arrivée. Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Venise, Padoue, Vicenze, Verone...en train (gare à 10mn en voiture et parking gratuit). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Merci à Gianpaolo pour tous ses bons conseils et merci à Vera pour ses bonnes brioches appréciées au petit déjeuner. Nous espérons y retourner pour un autre séjour. Adresse à conserver.

Notre objectif est que nos visiteurs reviennent avec nous chaque fois qu'ils se rendent dans la région de Venise. Nous pensons donc que c'est important s'ils peuvent se sentir chez eux et avoir un ami qui les aide avec de petits conseils, mais très utiles pour leur séjour.

Séjour très agréable grâce à la gentillesse des propriétaires

La maison est spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Ce qui permet de se reposer après les visites un peu fatigantes à Venise.
