My husband and I plus daughter, son in law and 2 grandsons (8,5) stayed at the condo for 6 days and we were so happy. The furnishings are lovely, everything was so clean, communication was great as well as thorough information that was shared with us from the owner AND the distance between the condo and the beach was unmatchable. So grateful to have found this condo we are checking our calendars now for the next stay!!

It is LITERALLY 14 steps to the beach! Very clean, beautifully decorated, great mattresses, pillows & linens. Everything you need. The view is spectacular. Great restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Sago Sands. The condo was beautiful and the location was the best in Seagrove Beach! We loved being on the first floor so our family could sit outside and see the beach and play in the grassy area. It made it so easy to go back and forth to the beach. The grandkids loved the bunk room and my son and daughter in law loved being able to bring their dog. We would love to come back next year!

Great time on PCB

We loved staying here. The beach is awsome, the condo was lovely and there was just enough of a lawn for out little 10 lb dog to pee and run around. Couldnt have been better, and we will certainly try to be back. :-)

Beautiful place. Super close to beach. It made traveling with babies much easier. The owner responded quickly and accommodated any needs once there. We’ve already recommended this place to friends/family!

Perfect!

This really is a perfect beach vacation spot. Just walk out your back door, down some steps and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere! The condo is well stocked and well maintained.

Perfect stay

Jay is so easy to reach and work with. He checked on us and was responsive. We loved the condo! It is in a fabulous area and just steps from the beach. We hope to stay in the same place next year.

Sago Sands was awesome’

Can’t say enough wonderful things! We had a great week at Sago Sands! Jay was awesome with communication and very helpful as this was our first trip to 30A. The condo was perfect for our family- my parents in their 70s, my kids 9&6, and my husband and I all enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. I would recommend this condo for sure!!!

Nice and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay! We liked having the ground unit to run back and forth from the beach with children. We also enjoyed having a small grass area in front of the unit for the kids to play. The condo was clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. We were also close to the grocery store and walking distance to some shops and restaurants.
