The host was very good and welcoming. He spent the time to go through everything with us. The welcome pack was unexpected and was very generous. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and cleaning products all provided. He allowed us to use the pool even though it usually closes October and cleaned it for us to use. The villa is spacious, with a very comfortable bed in the en-suite room. Very dog friendly and excellent BBQ area.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa was just as seen on the listing and was tidy and clean when we arrived. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. The villa is in a lovley location but is a 30min walk to the main town of Calpe but taxi services helped a lot ! Only two rooms had air con so definitely something to consider but apart from that we had the best time :)

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean throughout, with thoughtful touches that made our arrival feel especially welcoming — welcome pack was such a nice surprise!The owner was excellent with communication both before and during our stay. He provided fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets which delivered to the villa.The villa’s large pool area was a definite highlight — spacious and perfect for the kids to have fun and for relaxing in the sun. We especially loved the amazing outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, and appreciated that shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in all of the bathrooms. If we had one small piece of feedback, it would be the lack of comfortable outdoor seating for morning coffees or evening chats. We passed this on to the owner, who was receptive and open to suggestions.Overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

We hebben genoten van het mooie huis met zicht op de Peñón de Ifach. Het zwembad, de ligbedjes en parasols zijn perfect! Met 5 minuten rijden ben je in het levendige centrum van Calpe en de boulevard. De gastheer was zeer behulpzaam en attent.

Das Haus war einfach perfekt. Der perfekte Mix aus spanischem Stil und moderner Einrichtung. Die Lage ist super und auch die Austattung perfekt. Selbst in den Duschen war überall Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden, wie im Hotel. Die Kommuniksgion mit Lee war hervorragend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 👍😊

Villa perfecta para unos dias de relajación o mas

La villa esta en perfecto estado y es muy acogedora, tiene el espacio perfecto para que se pueda convivir perfectamente y al llegar la encontramos en perfectas condiciones. La barbacoa es un puntazo a favor y la relativa cercania con la playa y el paseo maritimo tambien se agradecen. Lee es un anfitrion fenomenal y lo recomiendo al 100%

Una estancia muy acogedora. Lee estuvo en todo momento en contacto con nosotras y se ocupó de que todo estuviera bien. Nos encontramos con que la casa estaba reformada y hacía mucho calor pero el aire acondicionado lo solucionó todo. Para repetir!!!!!

La zona exterior lo mejor, en la casa hace algo de calor por las cristaleras pero hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, en la habitación principal aire acondicionado, faltaría quizá uno en el salón. El trato con el propietario excepcional, en cuanto surge cualquier cosa viene rapidísimo. En general muy bien todo.

Villa agréable

Maison à l'intérieur rustique, extérieur très agréable et pratique et bien équipé . Dommage qu'il y est qu une climatisation dans une seule chambre et manque un lave vaisselle également. Propriétaire très sympathique présent de suite en cas de soucis. Très belle vue sur le rocher. J'ai passer un très bon séjour idéal en famille.

Why they chose this property

Casa Bella is located in a quite dead end road, so no noise from traffic. The area round the pool is open and large the large open kitchen area with the built in BBQ is grate for seasoned or first time grillers, there is nothing like buying fresh meat, fish or vegetables and cooking over a open fire and enjoying some of the local wine. There is a small supermarket 500 meters walk away, lager supermarket's are also nearby. Beaches and the town center, not to mention the 260 local bars and restaurants are all near by.

What makes this property unique

I bought casa bella becase of its lovely quite location, views of the peñón, the large terrace and nice pool. calpe's doesn't have to many cold months tempretures during the winter months are often 20ºC daytime with some lovelly winter sun.
