Furnished with quality and Provencal style. The bedroom with the bathroom, dining room and kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, wifi. In the dining room there is a comfortable and easy to use sofa bed. The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift.
VATICAN AT 100 METERS, the most protected and guarded Borgo Pio-street in Rome, close to other places of interest.

Great spot close to Vatican

We came into Rome for 3 days and this place was amazing. The host was very fast in responding, checking in, and even gave some amazing suggestions for things to see and food spots we otherwise would have overlooked. The flat was clean and just as pictured with a full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. There is no elevator so it’s 3 flights up but if you are there to site see you will be climbing more steps so it shouldn’t be any issue! Will definitely look to book this again on a future trip!

Misleading: It is NOT a”Luxury Maison” Center Rome

Great location, close to the Vatican; Communication with the landlord was at all times courteous and efficient.As for the place: Ok if you are a youngster and come for a few days. I I am a seasoned traveler, French- German, I travelled the world, …and Italy.This rental place is “ok and perfectly doable”. But it is by no means Luxury “. Zero,,nada. Too many little things here and there, that are annoying or not working. But, sure, one survives.For certain, though, nothing reflects “luxury “.Nothing.aldo, the owner must have subdivided a good sized apartment into two separate units. No one wants to live like this but for a short subrental, you go with.Pictures are truly misleading.The furniture/ decoration shown don’t refect what we expected and experienced.Bedroom (ex-living room?) and living room ( ex dining area?) have no door in between.

Dear Guest, The apartment is 25m², with a bedroom, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. It's a very comfortable, elegant B&B apartment, though not as luxurious as a 5-star hotel. Located in the heart of Rome, it's within walking distance of all the major attractions. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and exactly as in the photo. You paid 100€ per night, thanks to a special promotional discount in May (even if it was a high season). While there are many luxurious hotels in Rome, none of them would offer such a rate and If you want luxury, you have to be able to afford it

A lovely place on an active street so close to The Vatican

We stayed only a night in this well-kept apartment, and Paola was very accommodating to our schedule. The apartment appeared freshly renovated and was very well kept. The location is right in the heart of the busy tourist area just east of The Vatican on a lively mostly-pedestrian road with lots of shopping and good food nearby. From the apartment, the walk to St. Peter's Square is less than ten minutes. There were a couple of small maintenance issues with the bathroom, but nothing to really complain about. Sleeping for five was adequate. The apartment is high in the building, so be prepared for stairs.
