Grand t3 Dulex to the shops, the harbor and 100 meters from the beach. Quiet and sought after for its exceptional green residence, large supervised swimming pool and solarium. First floor: 2 rooms with excellent bedding, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washer dryer). ground floor, large living room of 26 m² crossing light equipped with a sofa that can provide troubleshooting sleeping for one person, fully equipped open plan kitchen with high end appliances, separate toilet, storage space, and a large terrace with 13m port and pool view.
Equipped with high speed internet.
Ideal apartment for 4 people. a fifth person can sleep in the living room couch, but it does not offer the same comfort as the upstairs beds.

Calme et vivant a la fois. 1ere vacances avec notre petit-fils de 5 ans. Un grand plaisir pour lui et pour les 3 adultes. Une semaine sans prendre la voiture, tout sur place. Appartement climatisé tres appréciable.

Vacances inoubliables

Super résidence avec une belle piscine, une proximité de tout, et cerise sur le gâteau : le luxe de l'appartement. Beaucoup d'espace, ça change des cases à lapins des résidences en général. On repire, l'intimité de chacun est respectée et il n'y pas de bruit ( pas de voisins au dessus et super insonorisation). Mieux vaut s'y prendre à l'avance pour réserver.

absolument GENIAL

Magnifique appartement, vaste , spacieux et équipé comme à la maison. Il ne manque rien. Super terrasse ensoleillée, à proximité de tout. Super piscine, et une bonne ambiance. Pas de voisin au dessus, ni à droite , le calme !! Nous allons à Gruissan depuis 15 ans et nous n'avons encore jamais eu un tel appartement. La meilleure résidence de la station, incontestablement. Seu inconvénient : il faut faire vite pour réserver.
