Why they chose this property
The apartment is elegantly decorated and furnished with style with precious furniture, overlooking the sea of innumerable shades of blue. It is located on the top floor of a new three-storey building (with elevator). It has a floor area of 90 m2 and consists of: entrance hall, 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, study with sofa bed and two bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom, the other with a comfortable sofa bed for two people . A balcony and a veranda of 15 m2 with lovely views furnished with chairs and table. A total of 4-5 people can stay. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobe. All rooms, bright, overlooking the sea and are equipped with air conditioning (cold / hot). The two bathrooms are spacious, have a shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge and freezer, crockery and cutlery. On the ground floor there is a convenient laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. Available parking space.
