Très bon sejour

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Il est spacieux avec deux grandes salles de bains, deux chambres, un espace à vivre très commode. Parfait avec deux enfants en bas âge car la propriétaire m’avait très gentiment mis à disposition une chaise haute et un lit bébé. L’appartement est en très bon état et totalement sécurisé pour un bébé. Je regrette juste que la « terrasse » et le balcon n’aient pas été nettoyés, du coup je ne les ai pas utilisés car j’ai un bébé qui rampe, donc je n’ai pas pu le laisser aller dehors (du moins sur le balcon) avec moi. L’appartement est proche de la mer, sans vue mer, ça monte un peu si vous êtes à pied :-) mais vraiment proche des transports en commun.

Die Fe.-Whg. ist sehr schön groß, liegt nicht weit weg vom Meer. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sehr schön ist, dann kann man in die Innenstadt fahren. Allerdings ist es etwas laut , auf der Terasse durch den Flugverkehr und Straßenverkehr. Was für uns auch nicht so gut war, ist der Kiesstrand, da kann man ganz schlecht in Wasser rein (man braucht so Schuhe). Sind aber öfters nach Antibes, da gibt es Kiesstrand. Was wir noch sehr schön fanden, dass in der Nähe viele Orte gibt die man auch besichtigen kann, wie zB. MENTON, MONTE CARLO, ANTIBES , CANNES, S. TROPEZ usw.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich in geringer Entfernung zum Strand. Wir hatten zusammen mit unseren beiden Töchtern einen sehr bequemen Aufenthalt. Es herrschten sehr hohe Temperaturen, sodass wir Nachts in der Wohnung doch noch höhere Temperaturen hatten, was aber gut auszuhalten war. Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Wir würden nochmals dort Urlaub machen.

Beautiful Apartment, Excellent Service

We are 2 couples who stayed here for 3 nights over the GP weekend. The apartment was lovely. Spacious, bright, well designed and very comfortable. It has all of the amenities you would want to make your stay an enjoyable one and in particular it was wonderful having breakfast on the lovely balcony watching the world go by. The owner Marie-Helene was fantastic to deal with. She made communicating with her very easy and her response to any of our requests was first class. Nothing was a problem. Overall a fantastic stay. I would recommend Marie-Helene and her apartment to my family and friends and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Vraiment belle adresse pour ce logement avec ses deux grandes chambres très confortable et spacieux, aménagé avec gout et très bien équipé. Les points positifs au delà du garage qui est un atout certain: la taille de chaque pièce la grande baignoire de la salle de bain et la salle d'eau superbe attenante à la chambre principale. le séjour ouvrant sur une terrasse très agréable et vraiment un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires très gentils et soucieux de votre bien être. Vraiment séjour parfait!

Appartement exceptionnel

Nos vacances ont été particulièrement réussies notamment grâce à la location de ce superbe et vaste appartement situé à deux pas de la Promenade des Anglais, dans une très belle demeure avec entrée indépendante. Le quartier est calme, à 100 m se trouvent tous les commerces tels que supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie, station service, presse. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, lits XXL, deux très belles salles de bains et une très jolie cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec tout le nécessaire. Une belle terrasse équipée et une cour vous permettent de profiter du soleil et de déjeuner en extérieur. Un garage fermé avec porte automatique est attenant à l'appartement. Propriétaires très avenants et disponibles. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour sur la côte d'azur.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, großen Balkon. Die Küche ist modern, mit allen notwendigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, allerdings wenn man die Spülmaschine nutzen wollte, gab es nicht genug Besteck, Gläser, etc. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nizza gehabt und wären sehr zufrieden gewesen, wenn uns nicht die Moskitos geplagt hätten. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage und wenn man die Fenster bzw. Balkontür öffnete gab es dieses Problem mit den Moskitos, die Fenster waren nicht mal mit den Netzen geschützt.

Praktisk ren og velutstyrt.

Fra ankomst til avreise svarte leiligheten etter forventningene. Gratis parkering i nabolaget. vi ble tatt imot av ett smilende vertskap med gode kunnskaper i engelsk. Leiligheten var pent oppusset med de fasiliteter en trenger. flott kjøkken å arbeide med de fantastiske råvarene man får tak i denne delen av Frankrike.To bra soverom med fransk balkong. Det ene soverommet med eget bad med lukket dusjnisje. Bad nummer 2 med badekar og eget toalett rom har inngang fra stue.Begge bad er flott oppusset med flis. Pene sengeklær og behagelige håndklær. Bra balkong for frokost i morgenskygge ut fra stue. Markise for bruk i ettermiddagsolen. Dagligvarebutikk og bakeri finnes 5 minutters gange unna. Promenaden 6 minutters gange unna, og Hotel Negresco/Rue France 20 minutter. Alt i alt ett vellykket opphold.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison de caractère, très propre, soignée et bien équipée. Les propriétaires étaient très acceuillants, serviables et très aimables. Bien situé très proches des commerces, restaurants et de la promenade des anglais ce qui était très avantageux pour se promener sans voiture. Tout équipé, très spacieux, moderne, calme, très bonne literie, très beau mobilier et décoration de goût. Une adresse à conserver et à recommander. Nous retournerons sans hésitation! La casa deriva da un sapiente recupero e ristrutturazione di elegante villa di alta borghesia dei primi del 900 - la proprietà ha realizzato camere grandi - cucina elegante e funzionale con tutti i migliori elettrodomestici ed accessori - bagni grandi, caldi e accoglienti, eleganti e ben serviti con wc a parte - 1 camera matrimoniale grande e padronale ha uno straordinario bagno in mosaico con grande doccia e seduta interna annessa alla stessa stanza (molto raro da trovare ma comodissimo) - il salone ha i migliori componenti per l'intrattenimento: video internet TV da 48" - video elettronico ed impianto musicale di alto livello - grandi divani in pelle che all'occorrenza diventano letti comodi. Impianto luce casa di raro gusto e scelta per luminosità ampia o diffusa. Le camere hanno due balconi - il salone gode di terrazza attrezzata. La spiaggia è' a 300 metri ( Miami Beach) servizi ristorazione comodissimi come pure : pasticcerie, forni, bar gastronomie, edicole con giornali italiani, pizzerie da asporto, librerie, servizi bus comodissimi con ticket s che si acquistano in cartoleria-libreria a meno di 800metri. In poche parole: la casa permette di vivere come un "nizzardo" sereno e felice. Si gode l'atmosfera ancora vibrante dei anni 50/60 - Sicuramente da consigliare ad amici e conoscenti con figli oppure a due coppie distinte - la casa può godere anche di un garage annesso.

Je recommande vivement ce logement.Il est parfaitement équippé et idéalement situé ( moins de 5 mins à pieds de la plage).Environnement calme et verdoyant.De plus, si vous etes en voiture,il est très facile de se garer dans le quartier.L'appartement est d'une propreté remarquable et la propriétaire fut particulièrement acceuillante. Schöne große und moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr großen Betten und einem ebenfalls großen Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz und modern eingerichteter Küche. Die Ausstattung könnte jedoch etwas besser sein (mehr Besteck, Teller, Tassen usw.). Weiterhin gibt es zwei Bäder, eins mit Dusche das andere mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Zum Frühstücken kann man sich auf den Balkon raus setzen. Es gibt auch eine Art Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Liegestühlen und einem Elektrogrill (der jedoch nicht so gut ist). Die Lage ist zwar gut, jedoch leider an einer sehr befahrenen Straße so das man Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster kaum schlafen kann. Zum Strand sind es meiner Meinung nach 15 Minuten gemütlich laufen (Berg runter da das Haus etwas erhöht steht). Einen Supermarkt findet man auf dem Weg zum Strand. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.
