Beautiful house garden, swimming pool, 5min from the sea, 15min from Montpellier
This fully equipped, very functional and spacious house will seduce you with its pretty garden, swimming pool and terrace with barbecue.
It is ideally located with the beaches on one side: Carnon, Palavas les Flots and its funfair, its summer events, Maguelone and its Romanesque abbey. Cycle paths will lead you there in hardly 15/20 min.
On the other, Montpellier, its museums, the Place de la Comédie, the Odysséum center with its cinemas, its shops, its leisure activities (ice rink, aquarium, planetarium ...). Tram line 3, located a few hundred meters, will take you in 20 minutes to the center of the city.
You can even stroll on foot: barely 400m away, the fitness trail borders the méjean nature reserve where you can observe various birds (flamingos and other herons ...).
