Nice studio close to beach and shops but still in quiet area

Nice studio, small but perfect for two adults and two children. Situated in quiet and peaceful area but still only a few steps to the beach and the nice beachwalk with restaurant and shops. The pool was very nice and never too crowded. The contact with the owner was quick and easy and he was very helpful. We would love to come back again!

Great hosts and location

Jeremy and Arielle were accomodating to our issues. When the balcony door was stuck, they called someone to help us out even though it was late. The location is close to the train and the coast. Clean and safe apartment, good for families.

Die Kommunikation mit Jeremy war unkompliziert. Er hat uns super per WhatsApp erklärt. Die Wohnung zu finden war leicht. Das Meer war wirklich sehr nah. In der nähe gab es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist klein aber praktisch. Wir fanden aber die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht gut.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Jeremy. Il est bien placé (proche transport en commun , plage, restaurant ). Sa compagne a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer à notre arrivée. Nous le recommandons et retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représentait.

Trevligt område , flera plooler , fint skött privat o tyst . Jättefin utsikt från balkongen , saknade ingenting i lägenheten . Nära till stranden , lång strand promenad , massa restauranger , nära till mataffär . Och nära till buss o tåg stationer . Toppen ställe !

Un séjour de rêve

Très belle propriét,propre et calme, située à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et de ses nombreux restaurants, la gare TER est également proche, ce qui est très pratique pour les voyages en train. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très souple pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Vous disposez dans l'enceinte de l'immeuble d'un emplacement privatif en sous sol pour la voiture, en extérieur, une piscine est à votre disposition. Ma femme et moi, recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement qui est à proximité de tous, la plage est à 2 minutes à pied, la piscine est propre et calme. Résidence sécurisée très calme et propre également. C'est un magnifique endroit à visiter proche de Nice, Cannes... Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Jeremy et son futur petit guide 😊. Jeremy à été très arrangeant avec nous, l'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Nous reviendrons ça c'est certains. Merci

Endroit parfait pour visiter Nice et les environs

Jeremy et Arielle sont des hôtes parfaits et très attentionnés. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec nos deux enfants et c’était très bien. Lappart est très bien sécurisé avec accès à un stationnement interieur. Une excellente boulangerie est juste au coin de la rue et l’accès à la plage est à deux minutes. Aussi à 200m il a la gare croc-de-cagne qui est à deux station de la gare de Nice. Merci encore aux hôtes!

Estancia fenomenal en un sitio con mucho encanto

"Klein aber Fein"

Ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Die Wohnug befindet sich in einer Residenz, welche sehr gepflegt und sauber ist. Schöner großer Pool mit kostenlosen Liegen. Mit dem Bus ca. 20 Min. bis in die Altstadt von Nizza. Restaurants und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ca. 250 m bis zum Meer bzw. Promenade. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auf Englisch. Wir würden wieder kommen.
