About MARIAN ALLMAN
The owners of BMH live out of the area. They rented BMH many times through the years, and when it went up for sale, they bought it! That way, when they want to come up and fish, its here for them! We bought the house across the street in 2014, just moving here from Crescent City. It just made sense to manage BMH for the guys, so close, can keep an eye out for them when they're not here! My husband and I are retired, absolutely in love with Gasquet! It's quiet, wonderful warm summers, and of course, the north fork of the Smith River! There is no river as beautiful as the Smith! You can count the rocks on the bottom in the summer, watch the shades of green change, day to day, in the winter!
MARIAN ALLMAN purchased this house in 1990
Why MARIAN ALLMAN chose Gasquet
This is not like a lot of California. We have the ocean, the giant redwoods, the cleanest and clearest river in the U.S., the Smith of course. Our county of Del Norte has only 25,000 people and no polution.
