Villa Rustica - Luxurious villa with private pool, table tennis and darts

Situated in the small village of Pifari in central Istria, surrounded by lush and peaceful countryside, but only a short drive from tourist centers like Porec or Rovinj, Villa Rustica is perfectly located for a relaxing family holiday.

The interior features a modern design with high-quality appliances, while still retaining the original charm typical of traditional Istrian houses.

On the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and two spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms, both with double beds, are located on the first floor, each having an exit to the balcony. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

There are to additional sofa beds for extra 2 people, wich can be placed in any bedroom or in the living room.

The second-floor veranda looks out onto the large lawn and garden with a swing for kids.

Externally, Villa Rustica offers a large covered terrace with a fireplace and barbecue, overlooking the swimming pool—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

Villa Rustica is perfectly located for exploring all the Istrian tourist attractions. With a short drive, you can reach museums, medieval ruins, and vineyards. The beach in Rovinj is only 18 km away! Die Villa war sehr gepflegt und modern, wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub. Einzig Insektennetze an Fenstern und Türen wären gut, da wir sehr viele Mücken im Haus hatten.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Rustica this year. Great house, great location and above all big garden and swimming pool where children were playing all day long. We have visited many local towns and tasted great wine and food. Will come back again!

Een prachtig, gezellig, rustig verblijf

Wij hebben genoten van een prachtige vakantie. Het verblijf was schitterend en centraal gelegen. Een halfuur rijden naar Porec en Pula. Een echte aanrader👍

Schönes Haus , leider schon etwas abgewohnt ,

Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön , aber schon etwas abgewohnt . Einige Dinge müssen dringend erneuert werden , besonders Porzellan und Gläser !! Im Aussenbereich sind Kicker und Billiard stark verwittert ... Fliesen sind lose ... Innen sind alle Handtuchwärmer defekt , 2 Fußbodenheizungen in den Bädern ebenso ! Außen ist das Haus an einigen Stellen feucht und der Putz schwarz !!! Müßte dringend renoviert werden . Nach 3 Tagen mußten wir umziehen , da in allen Badezimmern die Abflüsse verstopft waren und alles unter ( nicht nur) Wasser stand ...

Thank you for reviewing our house. We take any review very seriously because it helps us to improve the house and our service. Due to the fact that house is constantly in rent for 5 months, loose tiles will be repaired for next season, as well as new foosball and billiards. Facade and moisture are also maintained each year (no moisture in the house). Glasses and porcelain are changed constantly, and it would have been changed urgently if guests made a complaint while they were in the house. Regarding towel warmers and floor heating - all of them works if they are properly switched on (again it would have been done immediately if guest asked, the plug to turn on heating and towel warmers is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom). The fact is that due to some previous guests throwing diapers down the toilet the drains were clogged (it could be that diapers were thrown months ago). Unfortunately this ment that water could not go down the drains any more. We could fix this within a couple of hours, but to give our guests the best possible service, within half an hour we have transferred them to another villa with pool (previously we have showed the new villa to our guests). We have done all we could to make our guests feel good in the villa, but unfortunately we could not predict that drains are clogged. It happens very rarely but I hope we have reacted immediately and in good faith.

Super Villa und Super Service

Als wir vor Ort waren wurden wir regelrecht von der Villa umgehauen. Alles wie es beschrieben wurde im Internet sogar noch viel besser. Waren mit sieben Personen und einem Hund Dort es haben sich alle sehr Wohle gefühlt weil es auch sehr sauber war nicht nur im Haus auch die Außenanlage. Vom Vermieter kann man auch nur Positives berichten sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Preislich war es auch gut. Man kann dort auch mal lauter sein da es keine Stört und für Familie mit Hund nur Empfehlens wert unser Hund hat sich sehr Wohlgefühlt.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir waren total überrascht, als wir die Villa sahen. Sagenhaft. Das alles durften wir nutzen? Vier geräumige Schlafzimmer, sehr schöne Bäder, eine gut ausgestattet Küche, in der nichts fehlte, mit großem Essbereich. Ein riesen Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin. Draussen der herrliche Pool, die überdachte Essecke mit großem Grill und Billiard. Man muss wirklich ausser Luftmatratzen nichts (!) mitnehmen! Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Hier noch ein kleiner Tip: Im nächsten Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in dem es alles, aber auch wirklich alles gibt. Dort einzukaufen macht wesentlich mehr Spass als in den großen Kaufhäusern nahe der Stadt. Wir können dieses kleine Urlaubsidyll wirklich nur empfehlen.

There would have been no better choise in Istrian!

It was a perfect week to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well-maintained. There was a bathroom for every room and a big garden. We offer our highest recommendation.
