bonjour, effectivement la pelouse est en piteuse état car l'Espagne applique des restrictions drastiques sur l'utilisation de l'eau potable, et il est formellement interdit d'arroser les jardins sous peine d'une forte amende. il y a effectivement des cultures de pommes dans toute la région, et des engins agricoles circulent, Sant père Pescador est petit village typique espagnol, ce n'est pas une station balnéaire comme Santa Margarida ou Empuriabrava ou là vous n'aurez pas de tracteur mais des gens qui font la fete toute la nuit.

Wir waren zu sechst 12 Tage im Haus und hatten genug Platz. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind sehr groß. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Er ist rießig und sehr sauber. Liegestühle und Schirme gibt es dort nicht zu mieten.Direkt hinter dem Garten des Hauses führt eine relativ viel befahrene Straße entlang, was uns nicht gestört hat.Wir würden den Urlaub weiterempfehlen.

Séjour confortable

Nous étions 2 familles (7 personnes) à séjourner dans la maison de Philippe. La maison est largement assez spacieuse pour un séjour confortable : grand séjour, grande cuisine, grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle d'eau, et surtout une grande terrasse abritée qui au final est le lieu de vie principal.La piscine est un plus indéniable quand on a des enfants. La plage est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture, parking facile.Village à 5 minutes à pied avec petits commerces et restaurants.La maison est juste en face du restaurant du port, ce qui donne de l'animation les samedi et dimanche soir avec concert ou soirée privée. Animation jusque minuit max. Autrement quartier calme.Hôte disponible si besoin, communication facile.Au regard des prestations générales, la cuisine mériterait d'être renouvellée (mobilier et électroménager).Dans l'ensemble je recommande sans hésitation !

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus, die Ausstattung und die Lage lassen keine Wünsche offen. Fussläufig zum Ort. Volle Privatsphäre, kaum einsehbarer Garten und PoolZum Strand ca 1,5 km. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Haus können wir gut weiterempfehlen und wir würden auch wiederkommen Toll die Dachterrasse für den abendlichen Absacker vor dem Schlafen.

Premières vacances en Espagne. Une réussite ! La villa est vraiment très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle. la piscine est tout à fait satisfaisante, malgré un manque d'entretien qui nous l'avons appris était bien indépendant de nos hôtes. Super location

Nous avons passés de super vacances. Maison très propre et très agréable à vivre avec grande terrasse. Un grand merci à Andrée pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité . Dommage que le petit port ne soit pas en activité pour cause de sécheresse, mais nous recommandons le petit restaurant juste en face de la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

mooie comfortabele villa

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze zeer mooie villa met drie slaapkamers met individuele doucheruimtes en airconditioning. Keuken uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt, wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Ruime buitenterrassen met barbecue. Er is voldoende zitgelegenheid buiten en genoeg ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Villa vrij dicht bij het stadscentrum en supermarkt. Het contact met de eigenaars en de contactpersoon was super. Kortom een prachtige vakantie gehad.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren im Juli 2023 in diesem Objekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super, er hat immer schnell bei Fragen beantwortet und wertvolle Tipps geben können. Die Übergabe mit dem Schlüssel war problemlos. Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool und die große Terrasse waren das Highlight und wir haben Beide viel genutzt. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Costa Brava nach langer Zeit

Es war sehr ruhig und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus ist groß, jedes Zimmer ist toll zu klimatisieren und der Pool ist richtig gut.in der Nähe ausreichend Restaurants und Tavernen, gegenüber am Yachthafen ist ein nach außen einfaches aber Super leckeres Restaurant

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schöne, große, saubere Unterkunft mit Garage und Pool.Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 2 Aussenterassen (EG und OG). Aussenbestuhlung und Sonnenliegen ausreichend vorhanden. Lage: vom Eingangsbereich schaut man auf eine Bar den Hafen und den Ort. Auf der Rückseite auf eine Apfelplantage. Fazit alles Top. Einzige Ausnahme für uns :die auf der Rückseite verlaufende Landstraße mit entsprechenden Lärmteppich.

Belle maison au calme

Une maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée dans un quartier résidentiel. La plage n'est pas très loin. La piscine est sympa et bien exposée. Un terrasse est également disponible. En somme un petit séjour agréable.

Belle villa tout confort

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien aménagée avec climatisation, trois chambres disposant de salle de douches individuelles, et une belle piscine. Lave linge et sèche linge à disposition. Villa assez proche centre ville, ce qui peut permettre des sorties sans voiture (bien pour les ados). Seul petit bémol : pas de fourniture de draps (serviettes fournies) et une route qui passe derrière la propriété, côté piscine, mais pas trop gênant. En synthèse une bonne expérience.

Excellent Séjour

Agréablement surprise, la villa est est plus jolie et plus confortable que les photos laissent paraître. Elle se trouve en face d'un petit restaurant tout à fait charmant. Le mercredi une énorme marché permet de trouver de nombreux souvenirs. La piscine est très propre. En bref, je recommande vivement cette location. Merci aux propriétaires.
