Lovely villa

The villa is very spacious, the location is fantantic with supermarket right next door. The bathroom and kitchen need updating but functional the deck is amazing. doorand taverns and vakery walking distance

l'hébergement est confortable, propre, bien placé et fidèle à sa présentation.nos hôtes sont charmants et à l'écoute.la localisation est très pratique et la proximité directe de commerces et la plage à 50m est un réel atout.l'environnement est vivant et animé, parfois un peu bruyant mais cela reste vraiment acceptable car vous êtes au cœur de la vie crétoise.

Alles was man braucht

Super Umgebung mehrere Supermärkte direkt vor dem Eingang Strand 2min zu Fuß. Nichts hat uns gefehlt hatten alles was wir brauchen. Die Möbel sind ein wenig abgenutzt und nicht so modern hat uns aber nicht gestört. Im Großen und Ganzen: super Preis super Wohnung

Ein einfaches aber gutes Appartement mit allem was man braucht, zum Strand 5 Minuten und direkt vor dem Appartement befinden sich Supermarkt, Kiosk, Apotheken. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Nuestra estancia ha sido corta pero buena, al apartamento no le faltaba de nada. Nuestro anfitrión fue una persona agradable y atenta que nos atendía cuando lo necesitabamos. Quizás la única pega que podríamos tener es el baño, un tanto viejo y descuidado. La playa más cercana estaba sucia, por suerte andando unos metros más encontrabas playas de ensueño. Estancia recomendada si no eres un sibarita del lujo. Relación calidad/ precio buena.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnanlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber.

unsere Wohnung ist sicher auch sehr geeignet für den Hochsommer! Der Vermieter (Herr Kapsetakis) sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft stand Wasser und ein Korb mit Obst bereit. Unsere Fragen wurden bereitwillig und freundlich beantwortet.

Très bon accueil.

Très bon accueil aussi bien avant par mail pour nous guider ainsi qu'à notre arrivée et notre départ. Appartement très bien situé : à 2 min d'un arrêt de BUS, 1min d'un super marché, 100m d'une plage. Beaucoup de restaurant au alentour. Appartement très propre. Merci au propriétaire.

Great little place!

What a beautiful location! Just one block away from the beach, and right beside the grocery store and a number of excellent restaurants, we were happy to settle in here for a week. The patio is awesome and we were grateful for the fully outfitted kitchen and great air-conditioning. We locked our keys inside once during her trip and our host, Manoulis, was there wit in a few minutes to cheerfully open it up for us. He was very warm and informative when we arrived, letting us know all the best spots to eat, visit the beach, and see the sights. This is not the quietest apartment, but the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood is part of the charm. With the shutters closed at night, we found it easy to sleep Our only wish was for a slightly nicer bathroom, but this was not a major issue. Our family of three loved staying here.

Un enchantement !!!!!

L'appartement correspondait bien à notre entente, même pour 2 personnes, spacieux, très propre, bien placé (petit supermarché à côté, arrêt de bus, boutiques et bars), mais peu bruyant. Le propriétaire aidé de sa fille (qui parle français) nous a très bien reçu. Il nous a donné des avis sur les excursions à faire et les plus importantes sur une durée de 9 jours. C'est un appartement calme , avec son petit coin pour manger à l'extérieur dans la verdure, que ma femme et moi avons apprécié. Un appartement de location à retenir sans hésiter!!!! Restos et petits bars lounge, à des prix très attractifs à côté, et une animation plus importante à 15kms vers l'est à Hersoninos. Visites de l'ile de Santorini, de Crissi Islands, du plateau de Lassithi, et d'Elounda avec son fort sur l'ile de spinanlonga, etc... De belles vacances, au soleil, avec une mer turquoise. Tout cela pour dire que nous reviendrons en Crète.

super !!!

Le studio est clair et fonctionnel , il bénéficie d'une grande chambre et il est bien équipé : cuisinière , four et lave linge . Il y a également une liaison internet et un téléviseur. Le studio comporte une petite terrasse aménagée sous l'arbre , qui participe à garder l fraîcheur. Manolis et Evi sont les propriétaires accueillants et très disponibles . Ils donnent dès l'arrivée de bons conseils pour découvrir l'ile , location de voiture , visites . Les commerces sont tous très proches . Le studio est parfait pour des vacances familiales sans prétentions.

Très agréable

Séjour très agréable (10 jours), proche de la plage et des commerces. Petit déjeuner sur la terrassa chaque matin. Soleil et chaleur au rendez-vous, ce qui est très appréciable au début au printemps, nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours. Possibilité de louer un véhicule sur place, bons restaurants. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très serviables. Si vous avez besoin d'aide vous pouvez compter sur eux.

Lieu charmant

Nous sommes resté une semaine avec un ami dans un appartement très agréable à vivre, en pleine ville d'Hokkini Haki, où tous les équipements étaient présents (cuisine, chambre...) et avec une grande terrasse. Proche d'un supermarché, d'une supérette, d'une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants/bars, l'appartement est très bien placé, pas loin de l'aéroport et très pratique quand il s'agit de visiter l'île entière. La ville est plutôt bien animée et les gens sympas et accueillants, la plage se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied. De plus, la location à la semaine n'est pas très chère (245 euros) et Manolis le propriétaire est très sympa. Je recommande !

Great location!

The apartment makes a great base to explore all over Crete,the location also allows for daily trips to East or West Crete.It is very clean,quiet and tidy.I was very pleased with the garden area and garden furniture. The cost was very resonable as it included the essential holiday mod cons such as TV, iron and ironing board, aircon, safe, small hob and grill/oven and Wi-Fi.The beach was 100 meters away, very clean and a joy to visit. Small supermarkets were in abundance with freindly people working in them all of which spoke English. The main town of Heraklion is a 10-15 minute bus ride and well worth the €1.80, very clean town with plenty of shops to scout for gifts and clothes. The owners Manolis and Evi are very nice people and clearly take pride in looking after their guests, they both make themselves available if you need them. Excellent stay.Would love to return. Highly recommented!
