Rome Center, in a very quiet and bright street in the heart of Testaccio, a truly Roman neighborhood. Totally renewed in October 2013. Walking distance from metro (650 meters) and from the train station (with trains to/from the Airport-850 meters from home). Many buses 2 minutes from home. The vast majority of interesting places are reachable by walking:Trastevere (10 minutes) Colosseum (15 minutes) St. Peter's (30-40 minutes) Imperial Forum (20 minutes). WiFi & ADSL high speed, air conditioning, heater, LCD screen TV, safety box, electricity, water, washing & dishing machine, iron & ironing board, safety box, detergents, soaps, hair dryer, courtesy kits, kitchen fully equipped (fridge-freezer-microwave-electric stove and oven, orange juicer, American and Italian coffee makers, dishing machine, boiler, toaster). The apartment, that can host from 1 to 4 guests, is composed by: 1 sleeping area (king size bed or twins beds+wardrobe), 1 living area (sofa bed 140x160, table, LCD screen TV), 1 bathroom (window, shower, hair dryer, clothesline, toiletries and soaps); 1 full kitcken with all appliances. Children are welcome: cot, baby stroller, baby sling, food heather, potty, chairs, toys and books included in the price. *On demand we can organize the following: pick-up from/to the Airports; wine and food tour; bike-motorbike rental. *The apartment, officially licensed by the Municipality of Rome, is equipped with all needed requirements. *Casa della Robbia is available either for a short as well for a long stay **We live 3 minutes away and we are at your complete disposal for any need you should have during your stay *Looking forward to see you soon! :)

Very clean room with everything you need. Great location, though we were not in vineyards area. Paola was extremely informative and easy to communicate with in getting us a driver to go to the cruise terminal a hour away with all our luggage.

Perfect location/apartment!

I staying here for a week in early July and loved it:). The apartment is conveniently located in a very safe neighborhood and is extremely clean with really nice decor. The internet worked perfectly and It had everything I needed to cook a few meals and do a little laundry. There are great supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops right around the corner and the Metro and Train station are only a short 10-15 minute walk. There is even a great sushi restaurant a few blocks away! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Rome:).

Testaccio Apartment

My wife and I recently had a 4-night stay here. Our communication during the reservation and check in process could not have been better. Paola is a wonderful host, seeming very proud of the property, very happy to have our stay, and very knowledgeable of the local community. The apartment has a wonderful location, with easy access to public transportation, and several of the main attractions of the city are well within walking distance. We would certainly be interested in staying here again should we return to Rome.

Inoubliable cité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. Malgré la foule (année du jubilé) nous avons pu arpenter les nombreux quartiers historiques.et pris plaisir à flâner dans les rues.Le quartier de Testachio, en apparence excentré est finalement bien desservi et rempli de bons restaurants typiques.La qualité de l'appartement a participé également à la bonne impression générale.

Séjour avec un jeune bébé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'appartement. Super quartier, à 5 minutes du métro et 20 minutes à pied du Colisée. Nous y sommes restés 7 nuits avec notre petite d'un an. Très bien équipé pour accueillir un bébé. Manque juste une chaise haute. Beaucoup de services à proximité ( restaurant, pharmacie, marché, épicerie, parc). Nous avons aimé l'ambiance du quartier, nous avions l'impression de vivre notre vie de famille comme à la maison.

Nous avons passé deux nuits très agréables dans l'appartement de Paola, celui-ci est très bien agencé et décoré. En plus, il est idéalement situé (nous avons tout fait soit à pied, soit en transports en commun qui sont tout près de l'immeuble). Je recommande vivement !

Appartement très propre, magnifiquement située dans le centre historique de Rome, dans un quartier très calme. Les propriétaires ne sont pas avares de petites attentions très touchantes, qui vous facilitent votre arrivée à Rome. Très à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. Your home in Rome...credo non ci sia modo migliore per descrivere questo delizioso appartamento.. situato al terzo piano ( con ascensore!!!!)di un palazzo signorile nel popolarissimo quartiere di Testaccio, è provvisto di qualsiasi comfort ( cucina, forno, lavatrice, toaster, microonde, etc)una persona possa desiderare. La cura dei dettagli, il gusto nel design e gli spazi be ritagliati fanno di Casa della Robbia la scelta vincente per un fantastico soggiorno a Roma. L'appartamento possiede, oltre ad un confortevole letto matrimoniale, anche un divano letto che permette il soggiorno a più di 2 persone. Importante sottolineare la vicinanza a qualsiasi zona di interesse di Roma, raggiungibile anche a piedi, data l'ottima posizione geografica dell'appartamento. Paola, la padrona di casa, è una persona estremamente gentile ed attenta ad ogni esigenza e richiesta. Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare presso Casa della Robbia e mi sento di consigliare questo fantastico posto a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza a Roma!

Un weekend lungo nella città eterna, la città più bella del mondo. E come base per il nostro breve soggiorno l'appartamento di Paola. Devo dire che l'empatia che mi ha spinta a scegliere il suo appartamento è stata confermata dalla simpatia reciproca al momento del nostro incontro. E' davvero una persona gradevole, e nel suo appartamento si respira l'aria di chi ci mette il cuore nel fare le cose. La casa è esattamente come appare nelle foto, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente pulita, inserita in un condominio tranquillo. E' vicina alla metropolitana e ai mezzi pubblici, ma per chi vuole fare due passi, niente è poi così lontano. Nel quartiere si possono trovare negozi e ristoranti, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più comodo e piacevole. In poche parole, se volete trascorrere qualche giorno a Roma, questo è l'appartamento ideale, e se avete bisogno di suggerimenti di qualunque tipo durante in vostro soggiorno, Paola saprà fornirvi tutte le indicazioni del caso.

Ottimo appartamento, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort e corrispondente a quanto riportato nell'annuncio; inoltre è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (autobus e metro). La proprietaria è estremamente cordiale e disponibile.

Centrally located-Well connected by public transports-Very clean and quite-Casa della Robbia is not an adaptation of an existing home but has been recently and specially renovated to make it as a vacation home. My husband and I put care, attention to the guests and tried to build a safe, comfortable, bright, cozy and well equipped home. So I hope you really enjoy it!
