The entrance door leads into an ample sitting room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, and then into a dining room and kitchen. Another sitting room located in a small attic is reached by a spiral staircase.

At the back of the house – at the same level of the sitting and dining room – there are two triple bedrooms and a single bedroom plus two bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath. Each triple bed-room contains a double bed and a single bed. The single bedroom contains a ¾ bed.

charmante maison au coeur de la campagne toscane

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Casabella.! Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, disponibles pour nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous avons parcouru la "route des crêtes, les villages perchés, nous avons visité Sienne et Florence. Et bien sûr nous avons profité de la piscine et de la terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la région ! Le gîte correspond à la description et est très bien équipé.

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Casabella. Le gîte est très agréable, très calme, très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et bien situé pour point de départ en ballades. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marzia et Renzo, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la bouteille de prosecco comme cadeau de bienvenue et pendant la semaine la panacotta aux fruits rouges préparé par Marzia. Nous recommandons ce gîte, une valeur sûre. Christophe et Corinne

Unsere Beurteilung für Casabella

La description de la location e tre prècise La location est tre propre et bien entretenue Le propriétaire nous avez donné de tre bons conseils et aussie des fruits de son gardine de acotè Bien sure Je recommanderiez cette location à un ami Casabella ist ein hervorragend geführtes Ferienhaus und sehr geräumig, mit großen Zimmern und Aufenthaltsräumen. Die überdachte Loggia vor der Eingangstür ist besonders angenehm zum Essen zum Sitzen und Ausruhen. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr gepflegt und wunderbar für die freien Stunden. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick in die Landschaft der Toscana. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und werden bei einem weiteren Besuch in dieser Region wieder dort wohnen.

Superbe séjour

Casabella est une demeure confortable, située dans un bel environnement, dotée d'une piscine très appréciable, particulièrement en rentrant d'excursion et qu'il fait très chaud... (comme ce fut le cas en juillet) ; les beaux sites tels que SIENNE, FLORENCE, SAN GIMIGNANO, PISE, LUCQUES (et bien d'autres que recommandent Marzia et Renzo) sont très accessibles. Notre séjour a d'autant été agréable que Marzia et Renzo sont des hôtes particulièrement attentionnés. Nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner de nouveau...

Why they chose this property

Casabella, that once belonged to our family, is beautifully located at the edge of a small settlement of a few houses about 14 kilometers from Siena. Partially surrounded by fields and vineyards, it enjoys lovely views over the hilly countryside.

The house has been finely preserved and sympathetically restored yet maintains its ancient stone structure. The guests can also enjoy barbecues on the outdoor terrace admiring the countryside and can use the swimming-pool. Another terrace with garden furniture is available on top of the garden on the way to the pool.

The interior is spacious and comfortable, furnished in sober elegance so typical of the Tuscan country-style whilst containing the comforts of modern living (a well equipped kitchen and utility-room). A WiFi connection is provided also.
