The house for two people is big, clean and the position optimal. It also has an outside common terrace. The only downside has been in the communication with the host, but he s very kind and ready to resolve any problem!

Wonderful Madeira

We had a wonderful stay in Madeira and It was also possible thanks to Horacio's and his son hospitality. Horacio made us find a cake, cookies and a bottle of Madeira wine and other drinks on our arrival. Wine was particularly appreciated ! :-) We had the two apartments available and this was important for our needs. The house is well equipped and It is possible to enjoy a great terrace, especially in the evening when the temperature is milder. It is well located in Santa Rita district (one of the upper parts of Funchal), but It is better to have a car available to reach the city center. Just parking was the only issue during our stay, because we had not a private parking at our disposal to keep the car safe, so we had to leave it on the street in front of the house. In any case, we didn't meet particular problems and all has gone well. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Madeira. Thank you so much Horacio !

Comfortable and very convenient.

We had a good week. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay, sunny patio. comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen. There is a little convenience store next door and a full range of shops about 1 km up the hill. The nearest resturants seemed to be about 3 km away so not walking distance and the traffic was a little busy but then it is everywhere in Funchal. The owner was very friendly did everything he could to make us welcome even though he did not have much English.

Superbe !

Horacio et son fils que nous avons rencontrés sont des personnes adorables ! Nous avons été accueilli par Horacio qui nous a offert un dîner dans son restaurant (très bon), et accompagnés par son fils jusqu'à la maison qui était très propre, fonctionnelle, très agréable. En plus de tout cela des fruits, des gâteaux, des bières et du vin de Madère avaient été laissé pour nous. UN SUPERBE SÉJOUR !!!

Superbe , mémorable, inoubliable

Horacio et sa famille nous ont accueilli comme des rois ! A notre arrivée des gateaux madériens du vins et de nombreux fruits nous attendaient sur la table, la maison est magnifique et la vue de la terrasse donne envie de rester vivre la bas. Horacio nous à offert un diner dans son propre restaurant à Funchal et nous avons passé de très bons moment à discuter avec lui (en français) ! Encore une fois mille merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et sans faille, ça fais chaud au coeur de tomber sur des personnes aussi accueillantes, nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous et nous y reviendrons sans faute si nous repartons en vacances à Madère. Merciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii <3

Obrigado Sr. Horácio!

Adorámos a casa e a hospitalidade do Sr. Horácio. Fomos surpreendidos quando chegámos com coisinhas boas que o Sr. Horácio nos deixou, tais como bolo de mel, broas de mel, entre outros. A casa está muito bem equipada e muito bem localizada. O restaurante do Sr. Horácio é um ponto obrigatório, para quem passar por esta casa. Estava tudo fantástico! Recomendamos a qualquer pessoa e se voltarmos será esta a casa escolhida. ----- We loved the home and hospitality of Mr. Horácio. We were surprised when we arrived with goodies that Mr. Horacio left us, such as "bolo de mel" (honey cake), "broas de mel" (honey buns), among others. The house is very well equipped and very well located. Mr. Horacio's restaurant is a must for anyone passing through this house. Everything was fantastic! We recommend it to anyone and if we return this will be the chosen house.

Sejour 6 nuit pendant le MIUT

Superbe accueil a la location, malgres l heure tardive, avec une soupe chaude, du vin, du madere, des rafraichissements, des fruits et des biscuits locaux. Maison bénéficiant d une tres jolie vue sue l ocean et sur les plantations de bananiers. La maison est tres fonctionnelle et idéalement situé a mi chemin entre l ouest et l est de l ile. également une grande surface a moins d un km. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.
