Mazarrón Island House in a privileged and quiet

arranged old house on the island of Mazarrón. Situated opposite the island and yacht club, in a very quiet area. With exceptional views in front of the sea. Very bright and fresh.
It has 4 bedrooms, two with double bed and two with two beds.
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
A large kitchen with table and four chairs, gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine and small appliances (juicer, toaster, blender).
also it has three terraces, one indoor with outdoor shower, one targeted to the area of ​​road and the last one against the sea about 10 meters away. Possibility of lowering the sea from the terrace, through a staircase enabled on the rocks.
The nearest beach is about 10 meters.
Possibility of practicing water sports next to the house (fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing)

This property is all about the location, the views are stunning and only a short walk from the Port.

The property is ok, it requires a lot of TLC, hot water in the kitchen and shower was very limited. Despite the above we still had a great time due to the location.

Great location, Maria ensured we had water on arrival, good for swimming, nice neighbours.

Property a bit tired, but adds to charm, not sure if we had wifi, could do with colour coding for all the locks. Despite this we really enjoyed it. Very quirky. Would use again.

Sono arrivato in questa casa ansioso di vedere se vetamente era come descritta . È messa in una posizione fantastica direttamente su una scogliera a mare con accesso diretto dall ampla terrazza e alle spalle il centro del paese in casa ce tutto le due camere matrimoniali hanno le finestre sul mare le altre due spaziose hanno due letti singoli cucina spaziosa e attrezzata con tutto soggiorno due bagni e anche una doccia esterna pratica e funzionale . oltre alle sdraio c'e una vista sul mare incantevole.la signora Maria che ringrazio per l'accoglienza con bottiglia molto disponibile per tutte le.nostre problematiche.di certo la consiglio atutti

Wonderful typically spanish house with unbeatable views

The house is an old fisherman's house situated with a terrace looking straight over the sea. It has 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles, a twin and a bunk bed room, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 other toilet. It is a wonderful place and is very typical in its style. It is about 10-15 minutes walk away from Puerto de Mazarron centre, and has a beach on the doorstep and another 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants close by. The owners are lovely people who made us feel very welcome and had left toys for the children. They had asked us before we arrived what the children liked doing and had put toys into suit. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party and we absolutely loved it. If you want a true Spanish experience, with amazing views, and a very relaxing location this is highly recommended.
