Perfect location

Maria the owner was delightful, very helpful and nothing was too much for her . The apartment is well equipped, clean and the beds are very comfortable for Spanish beds ! One very small issue which didn’t spoil our stay is the odours that come from the air con which we mentioned to Maria . Wouldn’t hesitate to come back .

Ha sido mejor de lo esperado! María la anfitriona es muy amable, atenta y detallista. El apartamento estaba súper limpio. Con muy buenas prestaciones, completo y todo tipo de detalles. Aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada. Los colcohones y las almohadas son muy cómodos. Los baños perfectos. Cuidan tanto los detalles, aue hasta dejan juegos de toallas para cada huésped con un bordado diferente. Muy cómodo que hay disponible párking. Sólo hemos estado un fin de semana, pero en un sitio así da ganas de quedarse más tiempo. Sin duda, lo guardamos para futuras ocasiones

Great location in my favourite part of Spain Javea

Great location in the port, really pleasant and clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. Loved my little room with the balcony and I could just see the sea. So easy to pop down to the beach or jump on one of the new bikes and cycle to La Siesta or the Arenal. Maria was incredibly helpful and we knew we could message Maria or Paco if we needed anything which we really didn’t as they have thought of everything. Thank you Maria and Paco for our lovely stay. We will be back in Javea soon Sarah & Andy

Great apartment. Fantastic location, well equipped, everything you need for your stay. Owner was lovely, met us on arrival, made us feel at home and that nothing was too much trouble. Sea view from the master bedroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, see you again

A great winter let

A beautiful well-appointed apartment that is centrally located in the port. Lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms and Maria, the owner, was very helpful if anything was required. We had a lovely time. Oh by the way, the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you Maria

High-quality and spacious apartment in a fantastic location

We only stayed for two nights, but found that the apartment had everything you would need for a much longer stay. Everything was of an extremely high quality, and the owners appeared to have thought of everything - there were even umbrellas for guests! Speaking of the owners, Maria was ever so helpful and is a great source of information on the area. Living in the same block, she's on hand if you need her and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The location is excellent - plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, with the sea and port a few minutes walk. Parking is provided, which is a necessity as the area is VERY busy in the summer months. We have no complaints and I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Javea.

We werden aller hartelijkst ontvangen door de mevrouw zelf. Appartement zeer mooi, modern, ruim en heel netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. En zeer centraal gelegen en ideaal met de eigen parkeerplaats. Van ons niks anders dan lof.
