IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:
• Home sleeps up to 10 people, we can approve one additional child under 3 on request
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

Upon arrival at this oceanfront property, you'll notice the parallels to a private resort once you've had a chance to take it all in! This home sits in a highly desired neighborhood of Morro Bay, on a large lot with AMAZING views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean. You will have use of the beautifully decorated and updated main house, plus 2 separate guest suites! It is ideal for multiple family get-togethers, providing plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the large common areas of the main house and courtyard, while affording the different groups their due privacy when they retreat to their respective suites.

You will feel as if you've been whisked away to a 5-star resort as this home provides everything you'll need to have a posh vacation and more! - Enjoy all these amenities while gazing out at the beautiful Pacific Ocean!

-Main House-
• Spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining area and kitchen.
• Living room has a huge rock fireplace,70" inch flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable seating.
• Well-equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances
• Master suite with a King size bed and private bathroom
• Master bathroom with dual vanity and step in shower
• 2nd bedroom with two twin beds.
• Hall bathroom with step-in shower.
• Dining table comfortably seats 8.

-Guest Suite-
• Sits between the main house and the garage has a separate outside entrance off the courtyard.
• 2 queen-size beds and a trundle day bed that makes into 2 twin beds
•​​​​​​​ 55" flat screen TV
• Full bathroom with a step-in shower.
• This suite also has its own microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
• Washer and Dryer for guest use located in laundry closet in this suite.

-Detached Suite-
• The other separate suite is located at the back of the courtyard and has a huge picture window with great ocean views.
• King size bed and a twin bed
• Fireplace for cozy nights in
• Bathroom with a tub/shower combo
• 55” Smart TV and a wet bar with a microwave, wine fridge, and coffee maker.

-Additional home amenities-
• In ground spa
• 10 top Patio dining table in the courtyard.
• Patio on the ocean side of the main house where you will enjoy 180 degree views from Morro Bay to Cayucos with a loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table and 2 rocking chairs.
• Garage converts into a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and a full-size refrigerator.
• You can park 2 cars in the garage and there is parking for 4 more cars in the driveway.
• BBQ grill
• WiFi throughout the complex
• Beach Toys, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, and ​​​​​​​boogie boards at your disposal. 

NO SMOKING and NO PETS. This is Strictly enforced.
Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.

Please note: Access to the beach through the dunes in front of the house is restricted protect the snowy plover nesting areas. You can access the beach via paths at either end of the block (Sienna or Easter Street).

This home previously had a fire pit that is no longer available.

Damage Insurance included. Covers unintentional damage to the rental that occurs during your stay if disclosed to management prior to checkout. Contact us for more details.

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

The kitchen was perfect with lots of space to prep food, which we did a lot of. The host was always available if we had questions. Beach view and sunset were spectacular. We loved how that everyone had their own little space and beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a magnificent stay and would visit again.

The house is formidable, the view is amazing, I have nothing to complain. My friends and I rented for a weekend and our stay was amazing. The kitchen house is perfect; they have everything in great condition. It was clean, the bedrooms on the site are amazing. We love to stay in this property. If you are reading this post, do not think much because won’t regret. You’ll love this house. Have a huge structure to have you and friends/family very comfortable. Unfortunately was raining a lot, but still : was a wonderful time.

We enjoyed a family vacation (ages2-71) at this wonderful location! We loved all the amenities and found it to be a perfect spot for multiple generations as we all had our “private” space with plenty of room to gather outside and in. Management was very responsive.

Can't beat that view

This house has a great location with a front row view of the ocean waves and minutes from the stores and shops of Morro Bay. We saw dolphins and seals from the living room as well as surfers and horseback riders. There is plenty of space for all guests to spread out of come together. Everyone in our group enjoyed this place and would rent it again. What more can you want from a beach house?

The property is better than expected. It is spacious and welcoming. The WOW factor upon arrival does not disappoint. The kitchen is well stocked and great fun to cook in. The dining table provides a massive view of the dunes, beach and surf. We even saw horse back riders with two ponies walking on the shore. The main bedroom is large with the adjoining bathroom which is large and great water pressure. The other rooms were just as nice and the home is perfect for any age. We enjoyed the spa and bbq'd steaks from Hearst Ranch beef. If you are thinking of staying here - book it now. You won't be disappointed.

Oasis on the Dunes

What an amazing little oasis this home is. Designed beautifully, especially for larger groups. You immediately feel welcomed as you walk in. The view out to the sand dunes and Morro Rock was amazing. We all had a hard time leaving and heading home. Highly recommend!

The view is amazing with the large windows in living room, dining room, and open kitchen. My husband and I were there with my granddaughter and her husband with their 3 young children, age 1, 3 and 5 years. Beside time at the beach, the kids enjoyed the games in the garage and the spa. Should have a kettle on the property. Boiling water in a saucepan is kinda dangerous when pouring! Otherwise we had a good time eve though it was cold and foggy!
