About this property

Family Friendly! 3 bedroom/2 bath remodeled with ocean views and heated pool

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located directly across the street from the beach! You can see the sunrise from the front lawn or walk across the street and watch it on the beautiful sand beach. The house has been completely remodeled. Everything is bright and new with a very 'beachy' feel. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds, flat panel tv's and ceiling fans. The home also has free wifi, a washer and dryer and all dishes, linens, beach towels and a few extras you may need for your stay, including a Pack N Play for families traveling with infants. The house sits on a huge lot on top of a dune, the sunsets are spectacular right from the house! There's plenty of room for a bike trailer and/or several vehicles, there's even a bike ramp to off load your bike! In the attached garage you'll find a beach cart with 4 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc that you can wheel right across the street to the beach! (The beach access is about 500 feet from the house).The pool is located in the huge, private, fenced in back yard along with a grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs for those relaxing days/evenings at the pool. Please note however that the pool is not covered and the pool service only comes once a week.

Very clean! Great location, close to the ocean, everything you need to take on your day to the beach is there and easily accessible. The kids loved having our own private pool during our stay. Owners are very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely villa. Couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tried !!! Everything you could think of in the house. Very comfortable spacious and a lovely pool !! Perfect beach get away

This is our second time staying at this property. The house is clean and quite comfortable for our family group. There are plenty of towels for the pool and an ample supply of chairs and pool floats. The beach is just a short walk away. We stocked up at the nearby grocery store and prepared almost every meal at the house using the kitchen stove or gas BBQ grill.

Family vacation/Bike week

This was an amazing place to stay. Minutes from the beach. Walking or driving. My kids loved the in ground pool. We couldnt swim at night because there was no pool lights or an outside light bright enough to see.love the open floor concept. There is a publix close by within walking distance. My only problem was the back yard had no lights to see and no working fire alarms. Other than that we loved the place and cant wait to come back.

Excellent Place to Stay

This is definitely a 4 1/2: Property is clean and well maintained. We felt at home as soon as we entered the house as everything is furnished to you. The owner responds to your requests in a timely manner We would recommend this property to others as it's beautiful, practical and close to the beach. However, the pool was cold and we recommended to the owner that the pool should be heated.

After several trips to Daytona Beach over the past 5 years and falling in love with the area, we decided to buy a home here to renovate and visit during the long, cold Maine winters. We are happy to share it with others while we wait to retire and become 'snowbirds'. We hope you love the house and area as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

One step out of the car and a look at the beach across the street and we were sold! The house couldn't be more private on a dead end street (the church is our neighbor on one side), yet it is walking distance to everything. The house is on a very big in town lot. Plenty of room for several cars to park and kids to play safely, the back yard around the pool is huge!
