BEAUTIFULL 4 BDRS. WATER FRONT VILLA

An oriental style house, with open spaces very cool in summer because its interior with wooden floors and ceiling. Located in front of the Kantenah lagoon and facing the sea, in a quiet place, Suitable for families and athletes!
The house is spacious and has 4 double rooms and 6 beds (5 double and one King Size) with 4.5 bathrooms.
Semi covered pool, kitchen, fridges, parking and all the comforts. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the Marina with its shopping center with shops, restaurants and a dolphinarium. The stay for more than 6 days includes a visit to our Environmental Management Unit in Akumal where we have an animal rescue center and spectacular cenotes

Riviera Maya Paradise

We just returned from a week-long Christmas vacation at this beautiful property. SO many positive things - location in Puerto Aventuras, lagoon view, private pool, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, FULL kitchen. We felt safe. Rented 2 golf carts to explore the community. The host - Antonio - was EXCELLENT and so helpful. Great communication, answered so many questions, met us at the home to personally greet us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The home was an incredible base from which to explore the many beaches, snorkeling, dining options, etc. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. This home was perfect for our family of 7. (2 parents - kids ages 21, 19, 16, 13 and 12)

Your children are very well behaved and I can only thank you for your presence. I invite you to come back whenever you want. I will recommend you on strongly . I cannot say the same about the VRBO company, WHICH IS VERY NEGLIGENT AND THEY HAVE NOT YET SENT ME THE PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY. I ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE PAID CORRECTLY AND ON THE DATES INDICATED, BUT VRBO NOT ONLY HAS NOT DONE SO, BUT THEY RESPOND evasively EVERY TIME I CLAIM FOR MY MONEY.

Excellent Family Vacation

Casa Alonso was the perfect place for our family vacation. Antonio was an incredible host, and quickly became a family friend over our 1 week stay. We had 3 young kids (ages 5 an 8), parents, and grandparents. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us. We rented a car and drove to various cenotes, Mayan Ruins, lagoons, beaches. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and even more within a 5 min drive. Daily we would get fresh tortillas and fruit and veggies at local stands/shops in Puerto Aventuras (5 min away). There is a large grocery store, Chedraui, that has everything you might want for food, toiletries, sunscreen, etc. The house has a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you need to make elaborate feasts; you just need to buy the food. We brought our own snorkel equipment and life jackets for the kids, but you could have rented them easily at each place we went. There is a perfect kid beach only a 5 min walk away. Some of us would kayak to the beach across the lagoon that backs up to the house; 2 kayaks are included with the house. The beach is calm and shallow with lots of fish. Several of us would walk to the dive shop (10 min walk) to dive the nearby coral reefs. They were beautiful dives. We saw iguana, spider monkeys, and sereque (looks like a mini capybara) all in the backyard. The kids loved having a pool in the yard. The adults loved that the pool stays shaded almost all day, but you don't have to go far to find the sun if you want it. We never ran out of things to do; we could have stayed much longer and still not returned to the same place twice. The house is inside a gated community, but the area feels very safe both inside and outside the wall. In the past we have stayed at all-inclusive resorts, but we loved this style of trip so much more. We will definitely come back, and we definitely recommend this place.

Our house is your house from now on, I'm afraid it was not at the level of your category, although we take care of it with care and attention it is difficult to be prepared to receive people with your level of education and joy.
