Beautiful 3 bed semi detached summer house in the quaint seaside town of Narbonne Plage. The house sleeps 5 people comfortably. It is fitted with all mod cons which include oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and TV. Only 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne airport. This area boasts some of the finest vineyards in the South of France. A beautiful beach stretching for miles, is only 5 minutes walk from your door step. The beach is spotless and is safe for young families. The beach has lifeguard supervision all through the summer months. There are a lot of beach activities from sailing to canoeing, windsurfing, kite surfing etc. Other activities such as cycle hire, fishing, go-carting, horse riding and quads are also available.

For the younger families, there is a small water park within 5 minutes drive of the house. For the older teenagers, the nearest water park is in Agde, approximately one hours drive or there is a carnival in nearby Gruissan which is open during the summer months.

Narbonne Plage is nestled in between to larger towns called Saint Pierre La Mer and Gruissan. These towns are within cycling and walking distance and have some very nice seafood restaurants. There is an abundance of different restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. Gruissan has an extensive marina and provides boat trips on a daily basis.

Shops, chemist, post office and bank are within walking distance. Markets are common place and take place in Saint Pierre La Mer most mornings from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. In Narbonne Town, there is a covered market – Les Halles, every morning including Sunday. There is also a market on Thursday morning opposite the Hospital in Narbonne and on Saturday morning there is an organic market in Place Forum. At these markets you will be treated to local produce such as cheeses, wines, fruits, vegetables and dried meats. There is also an abundance of clothes, handbags, shoes etc for you to purchase.

The region is well served with many airports within a 2 hour drive, Carcassone airport is a 45 min drive, Bezier airport is a 20 min drive, Perpingnan is a 40 min drive. Toulouse 2 hour drive and Girona (Spain) 2 hour drive.
