* Beach Conditions: Please be aware that Seven Mile Beach can be affected by natural sand migration and erosion due to seasonal weather changes. As these factors are beyond our control, Cayman Reef Resort cannot guarantee the availability or size of the beach directly in front of the property. In the event the beach is not accessible, you can relax on the lounge chairs around the pool. A public beach is also nearby, and we provide lightweight beach chairs for your convenience. No refunds will be issued for issues related to beach conditions.

* Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance to protect their vacation investment.

* Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in your stay. However, we are happy to arrange it for an additional charge upon request.

The rental had plenty of space for our family of five. The views were incredible from both balconies…a great place to watch the sunset! We were able to walk to several restaurants so it was a great location! I hear the beach comes and goes in some areas along Seven Mile Beach… the beach was there for us and just beautiful!

The ocean sounds and view were spectacular. The condo was roomy and cozy with plenty of room to spread out. We walked everywhere. We felt like locals. This is a PRIME location along 7-mile beach. Most everything is within walking distance, and although the beach is not as large as it once was, there's still plenty of space to play and layout. The water is absolutely beautiful and the accommodations are great. You can't go wrong staying here!

A wonderful property - the condo is great. It has everything you would need. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus. It is centrally located. We used taxis and it was so convenient. Wonderful Location

Our family of 4 adults, a toddler and baby were in Cayman for a wedding. This was the perfect home away from home for our stay - close to many amenities and a quieter end of the beach. We enjoyed long walks along Seven Mile Beach, beach-time with the kids, delicious meals out (all within walking distance) and sunsets right outside our door.
