The fully air conditioned villa is distributed on one floor and large garden makes it ideal for a family vacation with children: has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with twin beds), large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms . The garden is located behind the house, offering total privacy. At garden level is a summer dining area with fully equipped with barbecue plus a summer kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas kitchen and fridge. a bathroom with shower. The garden is very spacious and has a wonderful vegetation, the pool area with loungers integrates seamlessly in . All this makes the house ideal for a holiday with children The house is tastefully decorated with modern touches and attention to detail to make our guests feel at home.

A 5 minute drive will find the village of Calonge, with its typical restaurants, traditional bakeries and local produce market on Thursday. Summer nights can enjoy live music in the castle. A 10 minutes away is the wide beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and a great walkway that reaches to Playa de Aro with fantastic coves. A 15-minute drive you will find Playa de Aro, the ideal place for shopping and Palamos, coast port with typical restaurants and tapas bars, not to miss is the fish auction in the afternoon. The villa is ideally located in a quiet area but with easy access to major attractions in the area.
