Florida vacation

Overall was a great. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. We definitely spent more time in the pool than inside the house. The yard was beautiful and had everything we could need and more. The kids loved the pool floaties that were already there. Thank you for a great experience!

We loved our stay at Windwood Bay , kids loved the pool. The BBQ is easy to use , good location for day trips One thing we noticed is lack of sunbeds only 3 if you include hammock I do recommend this villa , thanks Romel and Terryanne

Amazing vacation

Traveled down to Davenport from Massachusetts. My kids loved everything! Only thing I have to say was we stayed in one of the hottest weeks so we wasn’t able to use the game room due to the room being very hot. Besides that we enjoyed our stay very nice big home, great for family’s with kids.

My 2 kids and I stayed here in late March 2023. Spacious home for our spring break stay. Pool was slightly bigger than pics make it appear. Well appointed and great value. Would recommend.

Great place, hope to return!

We arrived early, was able to get in, always nice after getting into town. The place was huge, needs some love, paint, could use a little more housekeeping. The outdoor pergola was very nice, the pool was great! I would recommend to anyone with a large group. Only thing I would see as a downside would be the fact that bedrooms are all upstairs.

We enjoyed the property so much. It was clean, great location, pool was perfectly heated. The game room was somewhat of a disappointment. Pictures displayed a working game system, that was not the case. The pool table was great.

Great family space

If you have a family with kids this is the place for you! There's tons of stuff for the kids to do. The house is well stocked with everything we may have needed, extra blankets, playpens, high chairs. It was well kept and clean. We went in January and the pool was more than warm enough! We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Perfect size and location!

We had a great time at Sunseekers! The kids loved the well-stocked game room and pool, and the adults loved having space to spread out. The property was a short drive to anything that we wanted to do. The owner was very easy to work with! The check out instructions were the easiest in any house that we've ever rented. It made our departure day run smoothly. We'd definitely recommend this property!

Awesome

The property was very clean, spacious, and affordable! We enjoyed it very much. The only thing we were disappointed about was the grill not working and the hammock was missing. The only constructive criticism I have is that the pool area could use some more lighting and maybe something can be done about the fire ants in the outside sitting area. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here on our next trip!

Outstanding!!!

From the time we walked thru the door until the time we walked out, we had a fantastic time!!! This was a beautiful home that I would recommend to anyone traveling in the Orlando Disney area. The owners went above and beyond to make the home family friendly, with gathering areas in the backyard and family room. My only regret being we left to come home on Thursday instead of Sunday! Not one of us wanted to leave this beautiful home and end our vacation!! Thank you :)

Property was overall fine but when we arrived at the property the garbage bin was full with trash and blocking the door way, the trash was also not taken by the garbage truck either. We had to find somewhere else to empty are trash.
