Beautiful and elegant apartment of 90 s.m. at one step from the Duomo. .
In the heart of the historic centre, from Michelangelo's David, Ponte Vecchio and all the wanders of Florence!
Apartment tastefully renovated where you can live in a pleasant atmosphere of a mix of ancient and modern Florentine style.
It is situated at the 4th floor, with lift, of an ancient building. On the roof top , at the 6th floor, you can visit a breathtaking terrace, with a wonderful panorama where you can take the best pictures! The terrace is not directly attached to the apartment and its use is not exclusive.
MASTER BEDROOM .. ... spacious bright bedroom warm and quiet , with large ceiling, furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed ( that can also become a double if required) with beautiful linen and bedcover. The ancient wardrobe and the furniture give the room the elegance of the classic Florentine style. The double windows with vacuum insulating glazing help your sleep come soon! Fully air-conditioned and heated.
ENSUITE BATHROOM… a marble green and white niche with a large glass shower, soft towels and courtesy set for your first night.
TWIN BEDROOM … small but bright and delicately decorated with wall stripes, this bedroom has two very comfortable single beds also furnished with elegant linen and bedcovers.

I would like to remind you that, if you arrive to Florence by car the most part of Florence city center is a traffic limited area which means that there are many restrictions and limitations. There is a private garage at 5 minutes from my apartment (https://www.garagedelleterme.it), they come within few minutes to pick your car up or you can go directly there. Ask me for information.

Fabulous Florence Experience

Amazing Florence

This property is even better looking in person than the pictures -- unbelievably gorgeous! Comfortable, quiet, well equipped (extra pillows!) and so very elegant. Great owner/manager and will recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful apartment

This place is beautiful, well appointed and very central. We were worried when we saw the crowds in the area near the Duomo that it would be loud. But it was quite quiet. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. I would stay there again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Such a great location, right near the Duomo. Alessandra was so helpful. She even called a Taxi service for us. The apartment as so clean and well equipped with all that we needed. It was a fantastic experience for us.

Great Host, Great Apartment, Great Location!!!!

This property is all it is advertised to be. The property is located centrally in Florence and all of the things you want to do, and restaurants are walking distance. Alessandra is a great host and assisted us with all of our questions and needs. I can't say enough good things about her. She made us feel at home and welcomed. No doubt we will return and stay again.

A beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Florence. It's a rare combination of traditional furnishings and up-to-date plumbing and electrical systems. Everything works! Alessandra provided directions, met us on arrival, explained everything about the apartment, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The location was within walking distance of all the major sites, as well as restaurants, cafes, shopping. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Apartment in Florence

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment in Florence owned by Alessandra. The location was fantastic and easy to access all attractions, shopping and restaurants by foot. The Duomo was one block away. Alessandra went above and beyond to welcome us and provided us with assistance or answer any questions when needed. She is very responsive and friendly and we greatly appreciated all the details she provided for guests staying in her apartment. The apartment reflects her personal taste, beauty and character and are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with Alessandra. We would not hesitate to come back when we return to Florence.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful 19 days in Florence in Alessandra's beautiful, antique filled, exceptional apartment right in the center of this small walkable city. My husband and I were here for the full time; we were joined by two adult sons for a week. We took advantage of many of our hostess's restaurant recommendations as well as Florence's historic attractions. The apartment is located between the Duomo (whose bells we listened to daily) and the Piazza della Republicca, a major center of entertainment and fabulous cafes. Alessandra was a superior host who accommodated all our needs -- an early check-in, a request for an American coffee pot, and an offer of help when we encountered a problem with our bank. If you can reserve her apartment, you will be well served.

The best location in Florence

You cannot ask for a better property than Alessandra‘s beautiful apartment on Villa Roma in Florence. The first time we left the apartment and walked a few feet to the left and came up on the magnificence of the Duomo right up the block from our apartment I was in awe. Walking in that direction you were 10 minutes from all attractions like the Academia Museum, the train station, the plaza Republica. If you leave the apartment and walk to the right you’re 10 minutes from other attractions like Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizzi museum, Palazzo Vecchio. We saw all of these things on our stay there and could not enjoy a better focal point for our vacation. After visits to these museums coming back to her beautifully air conditions elegant apartment was a respite! I cannot thank Alessandra enough for sharing her beautiful appointment with my family!

It is an absolutely beautiful apartment and fantastic location. It is close to the train station and close Ponte Vecchio. The place was clean and very comfortable. Allesandra is an excellent host. She even purchased distilled water for us to use in our CPAP machines.

This was our first time to Florence and I cannot wait to return, and stay once again in this most perfect apartment. Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra’s lovely apartment. It is in the heart of the city and we loved being able to take the many breaks in the middle of our tourist/shipping activities to recharge! Alessandra was amazing with giving us tips on where to eat, etc. She was very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back to Florence and stay again in this home. This was by far our favorite VRBO stay. Thanks for all your help Alessandra!
