"Quaint French Cottage"

Part of a development of four for rental, this one bedroom open plan cottage comes with the use of a pool. The bedroom comes with an ensuite shower over bath. Satellite tv and wifi come as included. There is use of a washing machine and tumble dryer at a small cost. The cottage is heated via a fully operational log burner and radiators. The kitchen comes with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The cottage has been recently renovated to create traditional rustic charm.
The position is centralised to visit Brittany, Normandy and the Loire regions within a reasonable travelling time.Within 6km is St Hilaire du Harcouet with full amenities and more available.Bicycles are available for use.

Why they chose this property

The property chose me...I wasn't looking to buy but just walked around it one day whilst visiting and then two weeks later was told it was for sale ....Was I interested? it was the most instintive thing I've ever done!

What makes this property unique

Situated on the northern tip of the Loire, the eastern tip of Brittany and the southern tip of Normandy enables easy access to three beautiful areas of northern France with multiple features, attractions and travelling access points. from a "Tourism" point of view you have to the north all the realisation of the second world war. To the west you have Brittany, Mont St Michel, Dinan, Vannes and much more. To the south you have the mediaeval battlements and castle of Fougeres, the city of Rennes offering the old and the new, Chateaus and gardens to visit.Then finally the east with Le Mans, Mayenne, the national forest and rivers, Pontmain with its famous Basilica.
