Casa Vittore
Casa Vittore is an object of luxury in a quiet location in the middle of the Algarve with breathtaking views over the valley and the Atlantic. Here the most discerning guests will be able to spend a pleasant holiday by the luxury and amenities of this house. Because this villa has solar panels and a solar water heating system, it is also a very environmentally friendly home. Casa Vittore is a beautiful, spacious two stories villa with a wonderful pool (4m x 11m), a Jacuzzi, a outside kitchen/barbecue and dining area overlooking the sea. The villa offers lots of privacy and is within easy walking distance of restaurants, the beach and the centre of the town Carvoeiro. It's a typical Algarve villa mixing traditional Portuguese architecture with modern styles. It is surrounded with a beautiful designed garden with slopes on both sides of the house and lovely lounge decks. See also, casa-vittore com.


Bedrooms
On pool level there are three tasteful decorated bedrooms with king-size beds. Just open the terrace doors and splash into the pool! On this level there are also two large bathrooms of which one is ensuite. The luxurious bathrooms are with floor heating, 2 modern washbasins, and the large walk-in showers are also equipped with rain showers. The fourth bedroom is situated on the upper ground level and also has a bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower. This bedroom has a beautiful private terrace.C


Facilities
The fully equipped modern kitchen is connected to the dining area. But one can also choose to go to the outdoor kitchen and have diner at the beautiful concrete dining table. The choice is yours! During your cooking, you can enjoy the magnificent sea views, whether you’re inside or outside. The kitchen comes with electric oven, microwave, a modern cooking island induction hob and all relevant cookware, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is an open scullery with washing machine.

The indoor dining space is attached to a very spacious living room with a big flat screen Internet TV (over 250 channels) and a built-in fireplace. Folding doors open the living room completely onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the valley and gives you breathtaking see view. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and complimentary fast Wi-Fi Internet access through the house, pool and gardens.


Pool
The 11m x 4m pool (perfect for those who are serious swimmers) is one of the highlights of this amazing property. There are numerous sun loungers and an outdoor shower area. Next to the pool behind palms you’ll find the Jacuzzi, which is big enough for five adults. Just relax with a water massage and enjoy the sea view.


Relax
This spacious property is perfect for those who love socialising but at the same time offers privacy. So many peaceful nooks, terraces and shady spots makes this the ideal place to relax, read, sunbathe, swim, rest and simply enjoy the beauty of being surrounded by nature.

Amazing villa with wonderful owners.

We went to Carvoeiro last summer, so already knew that we loved the location. We booked this villa because of the amazing reviews and fabulous photos. We were not disappointed! It’s the most fantastic, beautiful, well equipped, homely place we’ve ever rented. You could not ask for more! And the views from the amazing pool deck - wow!! Thanks to hosts Rennie and Bert for a perfect holiday. We will be back

Stunning villa and location

We loved this villa; the pool was great for families with kids as the depth was one throughout and a great size for swimming. The location was excellent, restaurants and two small supermakets on the doorstep and only a short walk into Carvoeiro main square for a wide choice of restaurants, a beach, watersport activities and shops. The villa was very clean and well equipped...we couldn't of asked for anymore. We also use one of the in-villa chef's for a special treat one evening and cannot recommend this enough - the food was fantastic! Great trip, thank you very much!

No tiene las prestaciones y servicios que cabe esperar de este alojamiento, sobre todo si se atiende al precio que se paga por esta estancia. Destaco la escasa atención al cliente, nadie para atender en la entrada, puerta de vehículo sin funcionamiento, a malas maneras puedes correr la puerta manualmente, así toda la semana, sin que hiciesen nada por solucionar el problema, complicado acceso a canales de televisión, salvo tv. Holandesa, (en toda la semana de estancia, no conseguimos nos atendieran con la televisión, así que vacaciones sin ella)

The villa is located above Carvoeiro so you get a stunning view of sea from the garden with a pleasant breeze. Everything is as you see on the webpage, only it's so much better in real life. There are plenty of outside seating areas allowing everyone to have some privacy. Because it's situated above the town it 's about a 10 minute walk down a steep hill, but there are plenty of inexpensive taxis to take you back to the villa if you prefer. Although we spent alot of time at the villa as there is everything you need there for a superb holiday, from the marvelous interior, a superb outside kitchen, table tennis table, inflatables, etc. There is a little mini market in walking distance of the villa where you can buy fresh bread and croissants in the morning, and there are also several restaurants close by, so you do not have to go into the town every evening to get a good meal. We had a little trouble with the hot tub as it kept overheating, but the pool man came in regularly to sort it out. Nothing was too much trouble from booking with Rennie to speaking with the Manager Truus. I can highly recommend this villa.

Absolutely stunning!!!

I don't really know where to start..... just to say that the villa is the most beautiful I've ever stayed in and the whole experience was beyond our expectations. All the rooms were clean and the bedding was beautiful. All three bathrooms are of a high standard and two of the rooms have large modern TVs. The kitchen is very well equipped and again everything was clean and looked brand new. My family and I especially enjoyed the out side seating areas, especially the white leather corner sofas. It's the most amazing spot to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and reflect on your day! The pool area is equipped with a very large table tennis table which we were not expecting - a great addition!! All in all, we had a fabulous holiday and this villa was a huge part of why our holiday went so well!

Dream Villa in Algarve - pricey but massive value for money

Let´s get it straight - there has been a lot of clever thinking and state of the art designing going on when renovating this house. And everything is TOP NOTCH, even if you are used to high standards. Even though the pictures are nice, reality beats them. We were two families with kids who visited early July, and several times we just laughed about how amazingly well designed this villa is for a delightful holiday in Portugal. Everything is thought of - from the architecture (which is a superb and tasteful meeting between the traditional and modern) to the various garden areas (of course with shade or sun dependent on what you prefer any time of the day) to the equipment in the kitchen. The privacy is total around the pool, so you can be completely relaxed, and if your kids are a bit noisy like ours you do not disturb anyone. You will find an outdoor shower there as well. The pool is big and you can access the deck (where you have several seating choices) directly from three of the in total four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the top floor. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items all the way through, and you have several seating choices inside or outside for enjoying your dinner. The village itself is situated about 10 minutes walking distance from the house (it is a fairly steep walk) and there are two beaches nearby which are good - one more busy directly at the village square and the other one more of a silent place with no vendors or infrastructure. In the village you find several dining options if you prefer dining out, some really touristic and others a bit more sophisticated. Other things we found great were functioning wifi, enormous amount of TV-.channels (TV sets in the bedrooms and the living room mainly used by the kids of course), solid security with code locked gates, stunning views, high quality linen and towels, really nice bathrooms, a nice outdoor barbecue area and table tennis. Rennie, the house owner, was really good to deal with when booking and as you might expect the people they hired to handle practical things where the best. The Villa Manager, Truus, visited us twice making sure everything was ok, being very helpful with restaurant recommendations and tour suggestions. We had some questions around the hot tub, and already the next day the pool-man was there taking care of things. We had cleaning twice, all perfect. To sum up - this house and the entire visit went well beyond our high expectations.

In December 2015 we bought this house. It was an old and neglected house. The gardens were overgrown with bushes and weeds. It was in terrible condition. After a thorough inspection my husband and the architect came to the conclusion that it was possible to make something out of this wreck. So we decided to buy it. We stripped the house completely and modernized it. Now, 12 months later, we have built a true paradise! Here we enjoy the beauty and the hospitality of the Algarve.
