Relaxing and well appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in the resort style gated community of Ritz Pointe. The condo is located adjacent to the 5 star hotels of the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton along with the beautifully maintained Monarch Beach Golf Links. Enjoy walking along the scenic trail that takes you from the condo to Salt Creek Beach. This trail winds along parts of the Monarch Beach Golf Links with breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from the condo to the white sands of Salt Creek Beach.

Dana Point is centrally located to most of Southern California's major attractions. From a short drive north to Los Angeles or a short drive south to sunny San Diego. Some of the most popular attractions include Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and some of the best shopping and dining available in Southern California. Take a 5 minute drive to Laguna Beach to enjoy a day strolling trough the art galleries and boutiques of this quaint beach community or take a 15 minute drive to Newport Beach's Famous Fashion Island for a day of shopping.

This 1,200 sf single story condo is located on the ground floor. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The condo has recently been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and new bathrooms featuring upgraded finishes including wood flooring, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and carrara marble. The decor provides you with a relaxing beach atmosphere where you can unwind with all the amenities of home. The family room, and the 2 bedrooms all have Smart flat screen TV's and high speed internet is provided as well. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a dresser and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed with a trundle bed below for additional sleeping. This room is equipped with a dresser, a walk in closet, a Wii gaming system with many games and is stocked with many board games for family fun. The guard gated community offers a pool and 3 spas, one of which has amazing ocean views.

The condo is perfect for couples or families looking to enjoy a beach getaway. The condo's versatility also allows for 2 families to share the perfect vacation. All the amenities have been thoughtfully considered and provided to ensure the most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Ritz Pointe Perfect

We have stayed at this property before and it is perfect for our family. We had one small issue with one of the showers. Rob (the owner) was very quick to respond and had it taken care of immediately. Will always stay here if available when we are in the area.

We had a great stay in Dana Point on short notice, the house was totally set up for us with kitchen items and plenty of bedding and towels. There were even a ton of kids toys (my 3 yo was thrilled)! Also, I so appreciated there wasn’t a huge check out list to manage with two kiddos running around. Thank you so much!

Quiet gated community

This condo is located in a surprisingly quiet gated community in Dana Point, near the border of Laguna Beach & Laguna Niguel. It was spacious and offered every amenity one could ask for. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, private laundry, TV streaming services, and community pool/jacuzzi.

Ohana Weekend

Great spot in an Apartment complex in Dana Point. Short ride share to Doheney beach. Inside the unit there is everything you need for the trip. Master bedroom is nice with a nice bed and pillows. The other bedroom can sleep 3 if needed and the couch in the living room is large enough for another.

Good location

We chose this rental for proximity to other family we were visiting. This condo is ground level but with another condo on top, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors often. The kids enjoyed the pool, but you are sharing it with mostly residents. The condo space was clean with some wear and tear around, but everything worked fine and kitchen was stocked. We did find the beds very firm and uncomfortable, but that could be personal preference. Location was great in Laguna Niguel and close to everything we needed.

Lovely stay

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. We especially enjoyed walking to Salt Creek Beach even though the return trip was mostly an uphill walk. The area is beautiful and we utilized the swimming pool and hot tub daily. The condo has everything one needs to cook meals in the well appointed kitchen. The living room was comfortable and spacious. My only complaints were the dirty bedroom carpets, stained sheets and patio that could use some cleaning. However, I’m a super clean person so I’m probably more fussy then most. The rest of the condo was very clean.

Ohana getaway

Everything about this property worked perfectly for us! We were a party of 3 in town to attend the Ohana Fest on Doheny Beach…..perfect location! We were even able to arrive to the property early on check in day and the condo was spotless. Thank you and we will definitely rent again!

Pleasant stay

This location was perfect for us because we have family nearby. For the same reason, we didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. One complaint - the blinds in one bedroom allow in a lot of light from the outside lights in the walkway by the entrance. It would be great if there were curtains that blocked that light. Also, a couple of the ceiling lights do not have fixtures and are bare bulbs. Other than that, the place is well appointed and very comfortable.

Loved It and Would Do It Again!

My son flew in from Denver to join me for a special Father's Day and some fun in the sun. It was great! The condo was perfect and Rob (the owner) was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is not about the condo, it was great, but the marketing materials tend to give the impression that the beach is a short walk away. It isn't really, and requires walking on some streets that can be a bit busy so the proximity and access to the beach/ocean isn't quite as advertised. Still, it was very nice, very comfortable, and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Dana Point. I plan to stay there again soon.

Like most families, work, kids, school and sports keep us very busy throughout the week. Our two young boys are active with many different sports and we found ourselves running from one practice to the next. We wanted to find a place where our family could go and get away from the daily grind of normal life to relax and unwind. When we found this condo, we found our paradise. It has allowed us to spend quality family time together doing activities we enjoy such as walking to the beach, cruising around on beach cruisers, hiking local trails and picnicking at Salt Creek Park while watching the sunset. We feel very lucky to have found this beach side gem. Every time we visit, we thoroughly enjoy our time and hope you do the same.
