About this property

Tranquility and comfort by the Mediterranean sea

Paired duplex house located just 100 meters from the sea and a small cove of fishermen. The house is formed by a ground floor, where there is a large living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is another bathroom that has a bathtub and two very large and bright bedrooms. One of them has a double bed of 180 cm and the other has 2 beds of 90 cm.

A small private garden allows to enjoy an outdoor barbecue, long breakfasts and dinners, and outdoor naps.

The house is modern and has all the amenities for a holiday with family or friends.

The area where housing, Sa Pedruscada, is located is very quiet and is surrounded by pine trees. At 300 m, there is the beach of Son Moll, with crystal clear waters, and the village of Cala Ratajda, where you can dine at its many restaurants, stroll along the promenade or do your shopping.

For golf lovers, the Golf of Capdepera is a 10-minute drive away. Bike lovers, has at its disposal several routes that start in the vicinity of Cala Ratjada.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ca200 Meter vom Meer, allerdings ohne direkten Blick zum Meer.Die Kontaktaufnahme und die Begrüßung am Haus waren unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.Preis/Leistung Verhältnis geht völlig in Ordnung.Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, Danke

Für uns einfach nur perfekt!

Das Haus war ein absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor!! Hier hat es an rein gar nichts gefehlt ... im Gegenteil, ich hatte noch nie so eine Ausstattung. Grill und Kohle dazu, Haushaltsgeräte, Decken wenn es abends in der Lounge kühl wurde. Eine Terrasse zum Essen, eine Terrasse zum chillen... Perfekt! Der Pool ist klasse, es hat lediglich ein Sonnenschirm am Pool gefehlt aber da haben wir uns unter die Terrasse verzogen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir dürfen ;-)

Tolle Finca, gute Lage

Sehr schön. Die Lage bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Ruhe vor Ort und in wenigen Gehminuten der Trubel von Cala Ratjada. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien, und auch für Familien mit Hund. Umser war dabei.

Toller Urlaub in sehr schönen Haus :-)

Von Anfang an hat alles prima geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und mit Simone der Dame vor Ort. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Simone sowie die Eigentümer waren für uns erreichbar und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten 10 Tage dort. Das Haus ist freundlich und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und frisch. Besonders gerne saßen wir auf den bequemen Terrassen Sofas. Draußen um das Haus ist alles liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Gemütliche Familienferien am Meer

Das Haus bietet alles was man für entspannte Ferien braucht (Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine, zwei Bäder, gute Küchenausstattung etc.) Besonders der Garten und das Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Nähe zum Meer und zum Dorf sind auch zu erwähnen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Perfect stay

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Begrüßung war warmherzig. Das Haus bot alles was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über bequeme Betten, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei überdachte Terrassen, und der Pool ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und alles ( Mercadona, Lidl, Son Moll, Cala Ratjada Hafen etc.)ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Um die Ecke befindet sich eine kleine Bucht, ideal um mit dem SUP hinaus zu paddeln, oder um sich abzukühlen.

Mangelnde Eincheckinfos

Das Einchecken war überhaupt nicht gut. Wir erhielten keine Informationen, dass wir nach der Ankunft die Hausverwalterin anrufen sollten, keine Telefonnummer, nichts. So standen wir vor dem Haus, niemand war da. Der einzige angegebene Kontakt war der Besitzer des Hauses, der kein Deutsch und nur sehr schlecht Englisch sprach. Letztendlich erhielt ich dann die Telefonnummer der Verwalterin, die uns nachdem sie gekommen war und ich ihr erzählte, dass es nicht unsere Schuld für das Chaos war, nur sagte, dass wir darüber nicht sprechen bräuchten, sie hätte viel zu tun. Hallo!! Wir waren die zahlenden Gäste und keine Bittsteller. Nun ja, danach war dann so weit alles ok. Schlecht ist auch für deutsche Gäste, dass es noch nicht einmal deutsche Fernsehsender gab, nur spanische. An Schlechtwettertagen, und davon gab es nun mal einige, wäre es ganz nett gewesen. Ansonsten alles weitgehend ok.

Perfect mix of silence and walking distance to beach and centre

We stayed with a family of 5, 3 adolescents. Sufficient space for everybody with 2 bathrooms. Most important; the beach and centre of Cala Ratjada is on walking distance (5-10 minutes) but the house is located in a silent neighbourhood. While the children went out, wee spent many nights sitting on the terrace, enjoying the company of a good book, cold cava, smell of flowers and sound of crickets. Next day, Cala Pedruscada (check pictures on google!), literally around the corner, is a perfect spot for a quick wake-up swim after a nice walk/run. The house itself had all that was necessary, kitchen very completely equipped. Contact with owner also also very correct. No hesitation to recommend this house !

Magnífica

Qué agradables fueron las vacaciones pasadas en La Caracola (Cala Ratjada)!!! La casa es ideal para una familia, muy cómoda y bien equipada. La localización es muy buena ya que puedes dando un paseo hasta al pueblo, a la playa de Son Moll y, si te apetece caminar un poco más, hasta Cala Gat. Al mismo tiempo, está en una urbanización tranquila y se puede aparcar en la puerta. La casa tiene muchísima luz y puedes comer o cenar en el jardín. Nos ha encantado. Seguro que repetiremos porque la zona tiene muchos sitios todavía por descubrir.

The best option

We have spent some days in this lovely place on May. It wasn't our first time in Mallorca, but this is the best place we have been acommodated. The house is so cute, confortable and nice, that we will repeat without any doubt. It is very close to the beach, where you can go by walking through a very nice walkway. Moreover, the hosts are very friendly and helpful in anything you need. Thanks Begoña and Massimo!

La mejor elección!

Preciosa casita en un lugar idílico de la isla de Mallorca. Super luminosa, tranquila y muy bien equipadada. Recién reformada, con mucho gusto, lo que la convierte en una casa alegre y muy acogedora a la que no le falta detalle. Los propietarios súper amables, todo facilidades! A pocos metros de la playa, tan sólo unos minutos caminando por un paseo de pinos de lo más agradable, llegamos a una preciosa calita de pescadores donde bañarse y tomar el sol es una verdadera delicia. El paseo al borde del mar resulta maravilloso contemplando la claridad de las aguas de esta zona. Perfecto también para practicar deporte al aire libre; cerca también hay un club de tenis y paddel. Sin duda, la elección perfecta para unas vacaciones!
