Nestling Barn is a stone-built barn conversion situated next door to the owner's home on their traditional Dartmoor hill farm, within the Dartmoor National Park, four miles from Tavistock and can sleep two people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: Nestling Barn is a wonderful barn conversion ideal for exploring Dartmoor. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.The property is accessed via rural lanes that are narrow, with degraded and potholed surfaces in places. Please Note: This property accepts one well behaved dog, please make sure you have added this onto your booking before check in, any extra dogs will come with an incurred charge

Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to a dog walking area/paddock. One well-behaved dog welcome. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles and is up hill on return to the property. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: There are two steps down to access the property and one step up into the bedroom. Note: The property is accessed via rural lanes that are narrow, with degraded and potholed surfaces in places. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and the enclosed garden fence is not secure for determined dogs that attempt to escape, Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds. Very well appointed property in an amazing location on the edge of Dartmoor. Close to lots of sites, pubs and Tavistck and you can walk directly onto the moor from the farm track. Host is very helpful, would recommend 100%!
