Located 2 miles from the centre of Bude, our farm is surrounded by over 300 acres of neighbouring grazing sheep.
The shepherds hut, together with spa hot tub, is set in a secluded space overlooking our meadow from which we make hay when the sun shines! The fields surrounding our meadow home the neighbouring grazing sheep and form part of your Cornish countryside view. You can even enjoy a view down to the Atlantic Ocean from the lucky seat in the hot tub! But the view from the other seat isn't too shabby, it's filled with Cornish countryside. Super sunsets are a treat to see wherever you're sitting.
Elsewhere on the farm we have a menagerie of animals including our ex-battery chickens who, whilst enjoying their life of freedom, will provide you with your breakfast eggs during your stay.
Our family connection to this farm started when a small boy was sent down to Cornwall to escape the bombing of London during World War 2. After spending a few years at boarding school in the West Country, a bond was formed and he returned after retiring from work in London. That boy is now 80 years old and shares this farm with his daughter, her husband and their two daughters, your hosts nearby, if you need them.
