About this property

Light & Spacious House in the Vineyard region, just in the middle of the island

This house is located in Masdache, a very tranquil village, just in the centre of the island. Situated in La Geria -the heart of Lanzarote's wine-growing area- it has splendid views across this volcanic unique landscape

The light and airy house spread onto two floors. The ground floor ( approx. 120 m²) has 2 double bedrooms, both with 2 twin beds, one full toilet with shower enclosure, WC and wash-basin, a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities you may need ( oven, dishwasher, fridge- Freezer, 4 hob cooker, microwave, pantry, etc) The spacious dinning - living room has large wide windows that brings the exterior into the house. There you will find dining facilities for 6, a stone fire place and a living area with a comfortable sofa , flat TV, DVD, music equipment . First floor ( approx. 41 m²) consists of a living room with another flat TV screen, a double bedroom, with a 2 m* 2 m bed and a bathroom with 2 washbasins, WC, and bath.

Additionally, there is a large and cosy conservatory where you can enjoy having tea or reading a book. There is also a private garden with BBQ area where you can enjoy your meal while steeping on malpaís ( surface created by volcanic lava that comes from our last eruptions, which took place from 1730 to 1736 ) .

Beautiful house and wonderful host

The house is ample, comfortable and lovely. It is exactly as the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the amazing sunroom. The host, and her husband, are super friendly, gracious, accommodating and good communicators, in other words, super hosts. Playa Honda and major shopping centres are less than 15 minutes by car, as is the airport. The house is located on a road that is quite busy during daylight hours, but a lot of the sound is muted by the surrounding walls and car gate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly repeat it. We stayed for three and a half weeks.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist zu jederzeit vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Ruhe in der Unterkunft und in der Umgebung genossen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ausstattung und Beschreibung stimmen. Sehr sauber. Der Wintergarten ist ein Traum. Mit einigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sonne den ganzen Tag, daher wärmt sich der Raum im Laufe des Tages auf. Sehr gutes WLAN. Die Straße stört kaum, man hört kaum etwas. Einkaufen und Flughafen ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes und grosses Haus. Der Wintergarten ist genial, und immer schön warm, aufgeheizt von der Sonne. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig eingerichtet, mit allem Drum und Dran. Und vorallem war alles sehr sauber! Die Umgebung ist interessant und man kann Wanderungen/Spaziergänge unternehmen. Wir aber waren mit den Rennrädern unterwegs. Und für das ist die Lage so im Zentrum der Insel toll. Vielen Dank, es hat uns super gefallen!

Para quien quiera disfrutar de la maravillosa isla de Lanzarote, este alojamiento es su reflejo. Su ubicación es la mejor de la isla y sus características, inmejorable. En todos los aspectos este alojamiento es maravilloso: su distribución, su decoración, su equipamiento, su entorno, en fin, encantados todos. Y mención especial a sus propietarios, por su cercanía, amabilidad y generosidad. Sin duda , reservaremos nuevamente esta casa en nuestra próxima visita a Lanzarote.

An enjoyable holiday

The villa is comfortable, well equipped and has all the basic household supplies provided. The "conservatory" catches the sun for most of the day and, in February, was always warm enough for tee shirt and shorts, even late at night. The villa is centrally located, giving easy access to all areas and providing a good base to explore the island. A car is essential. The nearest good sized supermarket is about 10 minutes away in Tias, with all essentials available at the petrol station/shop approximately 5 minutes away.

We are a couple from Lanzarote, with two young children. We both were born and bred here and love living in the island ;D. It took us nearly 10 years to build and furnish the house. We put a lot of effort and care into it, with the views of making it our family home. However, due to organizational matters ( children school, activities, our jobs) we decided not to live in Masdache for the moment. So until we can finally move here, we will be pleased to welcome you at our house! .
