Perfect family holidays

The house is perfect for familiy holidays and also for a stay with friends. You have all you need, it is quiet, but only a few minutes to the beach and restaurants.

Great stay

Great property in an excellent location. Something to note as it isn’t clear on the Vrbo apps, the air conditioning is at an additional cost. The property could also do with providing more cutlery as 6 forks wasn’t quite enough for the 9 people that stayed there. The management company and the owner were very helpful when we needed help with taxis.

Christmas 2019

Spent Christmas with my husband, 2 teenage boys and my mum. Was a fantastic villa, everything clean and every detail thought of. Pool fantastic, as was the BBQ area! Shopping trolley used and shops a short stroll away. Very quiet and peaceful area during the day, but close enough to night life for the boys! Thank you so much for a very nice stay and we would love to come back!

Excellent, beautiful villa

Really nice pool. Awesome bbq. Only 5 mins walk from centre of Puerto Del Carmen bars, restaurants, shops, etc. I would personally call it a 4 bed, as one of the bedrooms is essentially a very large landing, overlooking the living room with fence so people in living room can't see you unless youre standing up. Technically it is 5. But one room is not private. Really nice owner. Treated very well.

Good but not so good if adults go away for total relaxing

Only 2 of us travelled for the villa experience, one in master room myself in double bedroom on ground floor, but never told villa is above a hairdressers, from 8.30am Tues to Saturday girls very noisy right below my room, so no lie in's for me Tues to Sat bar I moved to differrnt room down other end of villa with no toilet or shower facilities, in fairness no problem if there were kids staying in Villa as they be awake early. Villa has everything needed for a stay, lidl is 10 mins walk away. Also 10 minutes walk to main strip thankfully all down hill, taxi back as some alcohol consumed & couldn't face a uphill walk after dinner. Guys (renting) next door used a drone over villa but after reporying to manager it was resolved very quickly. Pool was fab.

Hola Muchas gracias por el comentario, siempre es importante para mejorar. La peluqueria es solo tres dias a la semana y el horario no es desde las 8:30 am. Pero bueno vamos a insonorizar la habitación. La villa tiene mas habitaciones con baño y ducha para que puedas disfrutar de las vacaciones. Lo del taxi, hay que decir que es muy barato y la villa no está en la avenida principal que es muy ruidosa. El dron fue los vecinos y nosotros solo pudimos llamarles (eran turista ingleses).

Heerlijk centraal

Vlotte en prettige communicatie. Heel meedenkend en prettig verloop. Bedden waren niet allemaal opgemaakt, maar er was voldoende in huis om het te organiseren. Naar de boulevard loop je naar beneden. Terug naar de villa is heuvel op. Verstandig hier rekening mee te houden. Parkeren aan de boulevard is een uitdaging. Fijne plek, heerlijk huis.

A fabulous villa

Has to be the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are superb, from the lovely warm swimming pool to the excellent master suite (with walk in wardrobe) and the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. The outside gets the sun all day and there are views of the sea from the balcony. Communication from the owner / manager was great and they were always quick to respond / answer any questions we had - they even put up a Christmas tree and lights for us. For anybody with mobility issues, the villa is probably not walking distance to the beach/strip/Old Town BUT taxis are easy to arrange and never cost more than €5 including a tip - we ordered one every evening. We’d happily stay here again next time we come back to Puerto Del Carmen

The property was better than as described it was brilliant, well laid out and decor was so pleasant. The children especially loved the pool which was perfect for them to play and swim, the supplied equipment was such a bonus particularly the snorkels. we loved the barbie and made much use of it. Overall we had a great holiday and could not fault the apartment at all.

Stunning villa, properly heated pool, excellent location.

The title says it all really. We can’t wait to go back. Loads of communal areas to accommodate eight of us and allow us all a little privacy. Heated pool is actually hot, unlike others we’ve been to. Extremely well equipped down to things like socket adaptors, dishwasher and washing machine tabs, games, books etc. Melanie who met us was great and answered every little question we had by WhatsApp throughout the holiday. We were even treated to a late check out on the day we left. Can’t recommend enough!

Don't hesitate to book!

This is a great villa..... Extremely spacious ... Beautiful furniture and decorative features that you can tell have very thoughtfully done. 3 ensuite bedrooms and 1 twin room without bathroom. The master room has the definite wow factor with adjoining massive dressing room and an amazing ensuite with his and hers toilets and sinks! You have to see it to believe it so if you are the organiser make sure you declare ownership of this room before you get there! The outside space and dining terrace was the best feature... Plenty of comfy seating for everyone and huge dining table. Overall it's a great villa and would definitely recommend to friends and family and would 100% go back. The lady that looks after the villa lives next door and was very helpful!
