Spacious villa with 4 bedrooms located in a very quiet street of Balcon al Mar in Jávea, at 7 minutes from the Arenal beach and 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Ambolo and Granadella.
Maximum 8 adults (no youth groups)
The house is surrounded by a garden with a lot of privacy with a swimming-pool at the South and a sunny terrace with BBQ.

Our villa is quiet, spacious, bright, with a very private swimming pool and a terrace with a beautiful view of the Montgo. After only 5 minutes by car we can sit in a nice restaurant of the Arenal or lie on the beach. The region is very beautiful and offers many activities for a very nice vacation: hiking, biking, shopping, water sports, scuba diving, sailing, rock climbing, go-karting, paintball, cinema...
